The FC compact planner spacing is 19 mm between holes in a group, and 51 mm between the two groups. A punch that adjusts to those specs will work.

Will this punch holes in a laminated paper?

Yes, it will! I have punched laminated pieces up to 10mil. It really depends on the thickness of the paper/item you are laminating. If you are laminating standard chipboard it works fine. If you are laminating thick materials, you need to use a different machine.

Is the mini size equal to A7 paper? Do you have to adjust the punchers?

Mini size is equal to 2.6 x 4.1 inch (67 x 105 mm). Yes, you need to adjust the punch according to the different sizes of paper you use. It can be used for Mini/Pocket/A4/A5/A6/Agenda/Personal and Deskfax.
