Frappe Mix, Classic White, 10-Pound Box

I *love* my Ghirardelli's White Chocolate powder and use it each morning in my favorite coffees. This large 10 lbs size is great to refill the 3 lb tub that I already owned, and it's more economical this way, too. There is that upfront ouch factor, but then I remember how much a pay our favorite local coffee shop for a white mocha and I just do it already. This particular one (not my first time ordering this) suffered some battering in shipping, but the interior bag was intact, so I have used it. I do wish there was a little more protection than a giant bag zip tied shut, but that is the way Ghirardelli does it. It hasn't killed me yet, so it must be ok. The scoop is a newer addition and a rather nice touch, I pulled it out and use it around the kitchen, as a plain old tablespoon is enough for me.

This was the worst mix I have ever received. When I make my iced coffees & put them in the fridge overnight, they come out thick as mud. Tastes a bit different than normally also. Gonna choke it down & try to add a little to the cans I ordered. But very disgusting to say the least.
