Dr. pen M8 Professional Wireless Pro kit w/ 6 pcs tips - 4Pcs 16 and 2Pcs 36

I've only used this about 7 times in a year and a half because the unit won't turn off so I have to hide it somewhere till the battery dies... Or it decides not to turn on at all. Would be great if it actually operated as intended

I was told Dr Pen had amazing products. I looked into multiple derma pens and this one seemed to fit all my needs. Reasonably priced and the seller added on a bonus which I thought was really amazing, most sellers don't offer anything extra EVER! I'd recommend and would buy from them again. The M8 came packaged well and works wonders on my skin.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this pen after doing a an exhaustive research. It took me more than a month to get actually use it. The window for returning with Amazon had already expired.The pen is defective and does not turn OFF. The pen does not move from 1 … on digital screen.Sent a message to seller. The sellers response was very fast. They offered a refund or to send me a replacement pen.They also explained that it was a bad batch of Dr. Pen M8 that came defective from the manufacture.They are sending a new Dr. Pen M8 with no extra cost to me.Expecting for the replacement to work fine.Outstanding communication and Customer Care from this seller. Will buy again from them !Thank You

Easy to use. Lightweight. Great amount of cartridges and after promo coupon great price. Only suggestion is there are no instructions on how to use. Explains how to attach needles and turn on and off but nothing in how to actually use it and what size needles to use for what. Had to Google videos and each one gives different explanation

Pen itself is great. I use this every few months, except summer because we are outside a lot. Only after using the 32 needle cartridge did I realize how uncomfortable the 16 pin cartridges were. Even with much more numbing cream, it was hardly bearable.I later noticed this from another reviewer as well, mentioning they were probably dull.Today I attempted to use my last 16 pin cartridge and the pen cease to work. Apparently the locking mechanism is not quite right and therefore the motor cannot actuate the 16 pin needles, nor would the height adjust.What a waste. Will have to consider a different cartridge source.

Used it on my self and my clients, battery lasts long time. I will get a second in case I have back to back bookings and I forget to charge it!

This pen works great and is easy to use. It feels comfortable in your hand when using. Design is great. Is powerful. I have used other pens but this is the best. Can see improvement after 1 use. Am sure more improvement after several treatments. Is great for the price.
