Metal Quality: I will start off with I am pretty sure that isn't sterling silver, I would not be so annoyed if they were honest about this product, When I buy something I want it to actually be made of the materials it is supposedly made of.The metal looks almost dark slate or grey clearly not what is depicted in the ad, I half wonder if this is possibly a knock off of the actual one in the photo honestly.The glass bead is darker as well and cloudy, if you are looking to add some brightness and luminosity to your bracelet this isn't the one for you.Just be honest with your advertisement, it makes you look bad as a company, people will buy your products but be real about it.I have added some photos to show comparison of what sterling silver looks like next to it.

This was a beautiful bead on my Pandora bracelet. It symbolizes my daughter who is a beautiful 13 yo swimmer. Unfortunately the two sides broke apart. The small weld that held the blue stone bead between the two sides that created a sculptural mermaid metal overlay was apparently weak. I am tempted to give it one star because of the time and effort to take the whole bracelet apart to remove this one element (now in three pieces) and rearrange the remaining beads. BUT I did enjoy it while it lasted. I have 20 or so beads and this one was a more recent purchase. I have beads that are 3+ years old and still in perfect condition. The expectation is a longer lasting product.

The mermaid is extremely small and it was hard to figure out which was she was facing...Finally realized there is two mermaids. The Crystal is very cloudy too.....just not as pictured...No I would not recommend this charm!

Beautiful .... was going to give as a gift, but I will buy another. Two of the snowflakes come off of one side of the encircling silver band, and two snowflakes come off the other side. Very pretty charm.

Looks nice, just the flowers get easily stuck to clothing so if you have a long sleeve shirt or move ur hand against ur shirt the charm will get stuck. Worried I'm going to break my bracelet from accidently pulling hard.
