When my V gets too alkaline because of menopause and atrophy it starts a yellowish discharge. This realy helps. Use one every month or every 2 months. And it helps acidifying the v ph.

Completely balanced me out. I have a routine to keep my yoni in good condition. 1.) Slippery elm, sibu buckthorn oil, vaginal probiotic taken orally 2.) Vaginal Probiotic suppositories twice a week 3.) lots of water stay away from sugary sweet foods and drinks 4.) Vitamin C suppository once a month after period 5.) Boric acid suppositories every night 6.) Down there shower every time I have had a bowel movement to keep my pH balance together These tablets burn but it’s okay because they completely remove odor and keep you neutral but acidic down there. It tastes how it’s supposed to taste. Highly recommend.

So I’ve suffered from bv for about a year now. I use these after my period and I use the probiotic suppositories by the same company whenever I feel like I need a refresher which is about once a week. I’ve done this for about 4 months and I’m now noticing I haven’t had any signs of bv ready to rear it’s ugly head, definitely buy it. Also if you’re sensitive to just about everything like me, I didn’t have any issues/irritation but of course everyone is different.

I’m a M.D. internal medicine, I have opened the packaging, that firstly the box of medicine wasn’t sealed, the box was in good condition though. I was disgusted when I saw that the vaginal applicator was just freely put into the packing. It wasn’t in any sealed plastic that would secure it’s cleanliness. On the top it was visibly dirty, small dust particles all over it. I’m appalled. The pills were packed and sealed normally, but also the packaging was dusty. I strongly recommend against using this product. You don’t know who opened the package before you, touched the vaginal applicator or dropped it on the floor. It’s unsafe to use. Also if there are several pills every pill should have applicator for one use. This is disgusting, unhealthy and can cause severe infections! And of course returning this product or getting the refund is impossible!

I’ve always had issues with recurrent yeast infections. Diflucan or OTC treatments have never worked for me so I typically use boric acid or tea tree oil. Neither worked this time so I then tried a homeopathic as well as probiotic suppositories with no luck. Pretty sure my ph is really messed up due to perimenopause. Then I found this!! Finally got some relief after the first night! Seems to finally be gone. Didn’t cause any irritation, no odor, very little discharge the next morning. Will be keeping on hand.

These suppositories (for me) work much quicker than boric acid, which now can take over a week to work to my satisfaction. Almost immediately, it clears up any internal issues that might be going on as far as excess discharge, but with a few major catches. First, in my experience, this doesn't cause a "downward flow" once the pill has melted, it seems to dissolve and do its work - but it can/does sometimes leave residue behind which isn't ideal. Another issue for me is that (again, just in my very personal experience) it does seem to serve as a temporary fix but doesn't actually solve the problem, rather it seems to temporarily solve uncomfortable symptoms. Also, the price point for 6 is significantly higher in comparison to boric acid so this won't be ideal for someone on a budget, which is a bummer - we all deserve relief! Lastly, I also want to mention that when I first tried boric acid, I had similar results - almost immediate removal of symptoms - but over time, it didn't have the same impact. So, I am literally praying that the same doesn't happen with these as they're the most relief I've found in a product as of late. (Additional notes: also taking probiotics and vitamins regularly, but none of those things seem to help as much as these, especially if there's an obvious/pronounced issue going on). UPDATE: I stopped using these for a several months because I finally found something that works better, but the product I replaced them with is more expensive, so I decided to use what I had left over. I used for 2 days and then started having spotting and cramping. That has never happened before. Not sure what the deal is, but I am going to stick with the probiotics. Less mess and less invasive. I'll have to chalk up the extra cost, unfortunately. These were more effective than boric acid, but I am not so sure about continued use. I would decrease to 3.5 stars if I could.

A very agressive way to restore ph. I could not tolerate more than 3 consecutive days of this. It does work though, ph was back to normal within the short time frame.

Only thing that helped me. And now it’s discontinued or doesn’t ship to me in Canada :(
