According to the Pearl Izumi website it states "please use the Men's size chart" for this glove. Their chart lists sizes as S= 7.25"-8", M= 8"-8.75", L= 8.75"-9.5", XL= 9.5"-10.25", XXL= 10.25"-11". Hope this helps.

Q: Are they machine washable? I'm looking for gloves against wind while cycling but I still sweat need to wash them.

I have two rules for clothing - must wash and must wash with everything else I own. These meet both rules. I've washed them a couple of times now and tossed them in the dryer along with jerseys, shorts, shirts, socks, etc and they are doing just fine
