I got some small dents in my furniture when I moved this year and I was looking for something to fill them in so they wouldn't be so noticeable. This color matched my espresso furniture really well. It made the dents less noticeable, but not invicible. It was great for smoothing small dents and imperfections. You just need to find a color that will match your furniture. I was lucky to get the right color at the first try.For scratches, it would be easier to use a marker as this takes a bit of effort to apply. It is a wax stick so you need to warm a small piece with your hand before applying it. A marker just takes a second to apply compared to this.

Just put down 1200 sqft of hardwood flooring, these work great for filling in nail holes for first row of flooring and patching the nail holes in the quarter-round trim throughout the house.

I purchased the espresso color stick to fill in brad nail holes. Attached are before and after pictures of the holes filled (nevermind the cluster of holes- it's a DIY project and the crown was warped so needed a lot).The filling capabilities are great and it did not damage the wood as in other reviews (this was a harder wood too). Color match is not perfect but it does a good job at hiding the holes. For my use at this height it did well.

Good minor fix alternative

We have espresso cabinets and 4 pieces of espresso colored furniture. This so was much blacker than any of them. Had to throw it out, bought Fastcap softwax instead, much closer color match.

Did not work well for minor scratches. But, I needed to fill in some nail holes in our flor and it was a perfect product for that!

The more I rub the more paint came off junk
