Things I love: Quality, looks, non stick, absolutely free of chemicals, easy to clean and keep beautiful, heat retention. Yes!!’ All this is truth and I’m a beginner with stainless steel but if you become familiar with it and use the right care and tools it becomes a breeze. Don’t get frustrated just learn the water mercury method, always watch with warm water. Use gentle soap, dry right after watching, avoid the dishwasher, etc. oh white vinager to remove films. Warm water and rest if sticky. I’m so happy with this brand and I’m hoping they keep us with the quality . Don’t be lazy watch videos on YouTube about stainless steel and how to use them. It’s an investment not only for your pocket over time but to your health

These are awesome. High quality and really easy to clean. The non stick is as good as it gets with out all the chemicals

Purchased the Hestan 12.5" Nanobond frying pan and realized in short order that this product line is worth every penny. The quality is the highest I have ever laid my hands on. Heat transfer is significantly faster than the kirkland pans that are being replaced. If preheated first most stainless pans work good, these are outstanding. Eggs slide around with out even a hint of sticking. The smoothest finish I have ever seen, the weight is perfect, the dimensions are perfect, they are absolutely beautiful, and a true culinary form following function masterpiece. Please do yourself a favor and do as I did, buy the giant frying pan to get to know this outstanding material. Also the Hestan cleaner makes these pans look brand new in only a few minutes. I have pictures comparing the sizes of the old kirkland pans(taller and smaller diameters) to the Hestan pans (shorter larger diameters). Please remember that I have the 12.5" fry pan along with the 10 piece set, it is included in one of my photos.

Pots and pans don’t look super fancy, but I didn’t mind as long as they cook well. It is suppose to be molecular titanium, nanobond that is impossible to scratch etc. Well I received largest pan with scratches on the inside already (see photo). All I did is cooked pasta in it once and twirled pasta with the wooden spoon, so I definitely did not put any scratches there. It’s small scratches, but for nearly $2000 if one includes tax, I want them to be perfect and not scratch as soon as I look at them. Returning and might try to order another set one more time and hope for no scratches.

These pots and pans are expensive but the saying you get what you pay for is so true here. They heat so fast, don’t stick and clean so easily. Even when I burnt something, I just had to do a small soak and use Bar Keepers Friend. It looks brand new. The handles stay cool as well.

I love these pans. The NanoBond have a gun metal tint to them which I much prefer over the shiny stainless steel. They are truly scratch resistant. I have been using stainless steel utensils on them and the green scrubby side of a sponge to clean. No scratches. I did put a few small dings in one of them by tapping a stainless steel turner on it trying to get the butter off. So don't do that. I predominately use avocado oil to cook, but occasionally butter or Paleovalley beef tallow. As long as you have a hot pan and enough fat to cover the surface, they are a joy to cook with.

I ordered the 10 piece and the wok. I had ordered the small pan first, to see what they cooked like and loved how fast they heat up and how you can fry eggs without them sticking to the pan. I wish I had these pans years ago. I love the fact they are also easy to clean. When you cook steak the pan can get brown, but pouring water in the pan cleans it off and water, wine or anything liquid makes the best sause. I love these to cook in. I have the 5 ply titanium series. Personally, I will buy them again. I think these will last a lifetime.

I’m not a professional chef but always wanted to have a super nice kitchen skillet and fry pan set, that’s healthy, easy to clean and can be babied. These are IT! Super beautiful! Stay clean, and super easy to clean and even to scrub using metal sponge due to titanium being one of the strongest metals for cookware. My eggs and food taste soooo much diff not! No joke! These are not “non stick” and will take some time to get used to it. I had em over few months and now can use em no problem and get the results I want.

These pots and pans look great and have been excellent so far.
