Avoid at all costs. My massage gun was faulty still within warranty and they tried fixing it twice and still sent it back with the same issues. They're excuse was that the clanking noise it's making is within the acceptable decibel level, which it is not and how can they tell the db level from a video. Still overheating and not holding charge.They claim I dropped and damaged it. It dropped from a coffee table knee high and stopped working which shows the quality. Also new or the same device all I want is a working product. The condition this was sent back is a disgrace but ok I'll move on and purchase from another company who aren't thriving liars.
