I was looking for a gate lock when this lock caught my eye because of two things. 1) it was weather resistant 2) it came with Five keys. We needed a good quality lock that would be able to withstand bad weather year 'round.I wanted a lock that would hold up to snow, rain, hale, ice, heat. The description mentioned the locks weather resistance. I also wanted a lock with at least two keys. It is difficult to get to town to have keys made. Having an extra key with the lock would be a bonus. This lock advertised it came with Five Keys. Exactly what I needed and wanted, A lock that was sturdy, would last through several winters and give reliable service along with extra keys. I am very satified with this lock, it meets all my requirements for quality, service and reliability. It is a small lock and may be a bit difficult for someone with large hands to use. That is no problem for me, I really like it and am quite satisfied with this little lock.

It just a lock it serving it purpose

The locks are light, but wide enough to easily secure the door to my metal shed by passing through the loops at the bottoms of the two adjacent handles to its sliding doors. But I was baffled by the sense of providing different key sets for each lock -- two locks that take the same keys would have been much easier to control -- and for proving 5 very cheap keys for each lock.

As described Locks appear to be a good buy, they do their job.

Still using it, but it’s rusty and hard to close.

I use this on back gate. Had a small lock but only now realize how weak my first one was. Plus it comes with 5 keys.Great purchaseUPDATE: The lock is now difficult to open and lock.. Any suggestions, please? Thanks

Put the lock on an outside portable toilet and in less than a week it is already rusting and hard to open. Put some lube in it and hopefully the lock will last a month if I am lucky. I guess you get what you pay for, cheap is cheap now i know why.
