Yes the product I received is. I love it, it’s very gentle on my skin.

Adding the facial brush to cleanse with the Le Mieux foaming cleanser should not be too harsh at all. That's my opinion

Le Mieux is a brand I trust. The face wash, MOISTURIZER and eye cream are amaaazing and my skin doesn't freak out when I forget my routine. I have tried the vegan/ethical/organic skin care lines and I would say go with something like this over that. The chemicals in neutragena/clean & clear/etc are harsh and we should not put those on our skin. That being said, science has created and refined skin care products to help stop aging, acne, environmental stress, etc. The chemicals that would be in this have been tested to be good for your skin not harsh
