Attwood 9084-1 Large Vented Battery Box with Mounting Strap, Fits Group 29 and 31 Batteries, Black

Very high quality battery box. It is robust and durable. I have it mounted on a shelf on my trailer tow bar to supply power to the electric brakes and electric winch. It was easy to fit and is made of thick tough plastic. For me I put duct tape over the vent holes as there is ample ventilation via the cable holes and it kept out the rain (see photo). I would recommend and would buy again if I needed another one.

Very good battery box

Great, durable US-made box. I've used these for many, many sump pump installations, trailer and camper battery installations and on numerous hot rods and dune buggies over the years. I've had batteries literally split, blow up or leak and it's nice to have a bulletproof battery box to contain the mess. Highly recommended to protect your boat, race car, hot rod or basement floor!

worked as expected. will fit a 31T battery not just the group it is built for. not for a normal 31. top fits well and has enough openings for connecting in various directions.

I used this battery box to make a power box for my amateur radio go box. It will hold the 100 AH battery, the solar controller and all the switches and plugs that I need to accomplish the task of being a power box. Works great and looks good. Definitely worth the price.
