DHA omega-3s are in so important for overall health but especially cognitive health. I ordered this supplement for my children. I have used other DHA and Omega-3 supplements in the past and in the present and am comparing this to the formulas I have used. My children find the gummies to be easily palatable as does my husband. I can easily smell the algae and it has a somewhat unpleasant smell. Fortunately, that is not easily detected while actually chewing the gummy. I like the overall content of the ingredient profile. I also like that they are easy to administer. They are not too soft but do have a little too much sugar. My children are immediately happy to take them. They require less gummies per serving at 2 compared to other brands which require the child or adult o chew three. It would be nice to see them available in a family sized bottle. Also, a reduction of the fish/algae initial smell would be helpful.

These taste pretty darn good. Almost like eating candy. They are super gummy and take a while to chew up and swallow which I actually like. I try to swish around some of the gummy underneath my tongue so that I can absorb the antioxidants faster. I have osteoarthritis on my left knee from pawn on bone friction and neater knee replacement. About an hour after taking these, I noticed a significant reduction in pain in my knee. I'm guessing that the antioxidants are doing their job and reducing the inflammation. First day I took these I thought it was a coincidence but I've been taking these now for 3 days and every day that I take them my knee feels better about an hour afterwards. I will definitely continue buying these in the future and and taking them as part of my daily regimen.

So I try to add chia seeds to their cereal or oatmeal whenever I can. These supplements make it much easier to get Omega-3's into them. My kids love these gummies. They are super sour and taste better than regular gum drops even. I like how they aren't coated in sugar and has a pretty clean list of ingredients and uses natural food colors. I don't notice a huge fishy scent as some other reviewers have noted and my kids certainly don't since they really love this stuff.
