*Please do your homework before purchasing, poor Richard with the two star clearly didn't. There are two different options for the desk. The swivel(what I have, it's just a standing desk and the dual, build how you want it)*It was extremely hard to find a static standing desk over 40 inches. I am 5'10" and I wanted a standing desk that was not only tall enough for me but had some storage space and wasn't electric. I read way too many reviews about problems with the electric adjustable height desk so this one worked out nicely.Assembly was extremely easy and it is aesthetically pleasing.The only complaints I have really is of course the price. It costs more than most electric standing desks on here.I wish there were caps to cover the screw lock holes but I will just use the stuff I am storing to hide that.The swivel desk top was scratched on the top surface but I will be contacting customer service to see if they will send me a replacement piece but I am not too worried about it.Overall I am very happy with the purchase and I will update with photos when I have my office finished.Update: customer service was quick to reply to my message of the scratched surface and I am happy with the outcome. I purchased this b/c the dimensions were exactly what I needed for my lizard terrariums. I wanted them to stack to minimize foot print in my space. Enough clearance for heat lamps & all. Very heavy & solid. Did I say it looks great? Highly recommend.

This product is misleading, I bought this desk as an adjustable desk to go between standing/sitting. Buyer beware you can BUILD this desk to either position but it IS NOT adjustable once built. In other words you have to take the desk completely apart and rebuild to get to a different position. Who does that??I regret buying this product especially because there was only one review and no details were mentioned (at least noticeably) about this. I’m keeping it because I need a desk but would have chosen something different had I known.

Really great desk! Lots of work space. I really enjoy having the option of how I want to set it up- either stand up or sit down.

2024 Update***Still standing strong!* Absolutely wonderful spacious work desk for standing and sitting, highly adjustable and sturdy to fit your working style for the day or moment. I had an issue with the first shipment but the sellers were easy to do business with and that made all the difference also. A friend assembled for me, nicely labeled, a little struggle but it’s pretty straightforward.

Good for small spaces.
