Absolutely great! The velcro is very strong so it sticks on well without coming off. You have to put in effort to remove the velcro. That's how strong it is!Very durable and the shape of the weights are not bulky so you can workout easily.For my purpose, I use these as ankle weights! Although they can be used as wrist weights, I think they are better suited for ankle weights due to the way it is designed.

2lbs each is a perfect weight for me, I was worried it may be too much at first. The design is easy to wear and pretty comfortable. I had first ordered a different style from a different seller, and it was leaving a bruise on my ankle after 20 minutes of wear. This soft cushiony design though is really great for everyday use or during workouts. I have not yet tried running with those but will report back when I do.

pretty much what I was looking for rebuilding strength in my knee however the velcro straps are not strong enough and can easily pop-off.fortunately I’m only using them for lifts so it’s not much if a problem but even then they occasionally will pop-off.

Tried the bangle style because its theyre popular but there is nothing like a comfortable, simple pair of weights that just do their job and let you focus on what you're there to do. Another perk is the metal loop for the velcro. Doing this one handed makes such a design invaluable. iykyk. Love love love these.

Not like pictures. It will not wrap around your ankle . The weighted part only goes half way around my ankle. And - even including strap length it is not quite long enough to go all the way aroound..Also...The ones I received had the Velcro strap sewed on backwards. Therefore, the only way you could use it is to twist it so the "hooks" face the other way.These must be factory seconds due to the Velcro being sewed on backwards. No one would intentionally make something like this.

I liked these at first. Wear them while on my walking pad and working to give myself a little more workout. The velcro rubs on my ankle. You need to wear high socks to prevent this. Now I can’t use them because it dug in and now i have a sore on the front side of the base of my ankle. Disappointed. Ankle socks aren’t tall enough.

Really nice at a reasonable price. I bought these for walking either on the ankle or wrist. They're well made and easy to attach. I'm very happy I found these. Enjoy!

Not weightsJust wristband

I am a woman with average size ankles and the Velcro strap is much too short in length so can’t reach round properly so that it attaches to the other side of the Velcro strap. These would be ok for a child but not an adult.

Product is well made but awkward to put on and wear while exercising. Better as ankle weights but not on wrists. Disappointed
