Access the I/O pins of your mega 256 easily
I purchased this product for my own use. This board is a very convenient way to access the I/O pins of a mega 256 board and also have prototyping area. Connections are labeled and a small breadboard is included for optional mounting. This board is very handy if you want to connect peripheral wires and also use a shield board stacked on top. The quality is pretty good for a reasonable cost.

AWESOME, except - Make sure you have 2x20p female pin sockets for the rear GPIO, doesn't come with
Excellent quality, love the Keyestudio-yellow look, and the breadboard not being attached is a bonus - I can use these for either solder projects or prototyping - have done both so far with great success.Reason for 4-stars rather than 5 is the oddity of having alllllll this GPIO brought up to the proto-board with all the fancy yellow connectors... while totally skipping that female 40-pin mega-IO header at the rear. To use those pins, even for dev, you have to either add your own f/m pins, or solder directly to the board. Definitely a miss, especially for something otherwise easily worthy of a 5-star review.

No complaints here
Great project board, fit perfectly and the colors make it look neat.

Really good!
The quality of these boards is amazing, especial at this price.Lines up great with the 2650s.The packaging is also impressive. (so nice in fact, I can't bring myself to throw them away. I keep telling myself they can be used in a project somewhere.)Really well made product. Highly recommend.

Better than most Arduino proto shields, but virtually no documentation, and a few shortcomings.
I'm not sure exactly what I bought here. No schematic, no printed documentation, you have to guess what connection might or might not be made in copper on the PCB. Their website has a "descriptive" video with an annoying music track, poorly spoken English, and what amounts to an oral schematic for a circuit you can build on the proto board utilizing a photocell and an LED. But no description of the embedded circuitry on the proto PCB itself.Overall, this is a nicely executed product and better than most similar Arduino proto boards in some respects. However, I give it demerits on the following aspects:A. Pin 1 of the ISP connector is not marked.B. There is no accommodation for Ground, 5 Volt & 3.3 Volt connections except on the interface connector solder joints. Good prototype PCBs will have strips of plated-thru holes which are dedicated to these signals as they are used extensively in any circuit implementation.C. No ground test point to clip a scope probe or DVM probe to. Like making a car without an oil dipstick.D. Comes with I/O connectors pre-assembled (soldered). Not such a good idea on Mega cards because: 1) rarely do you use more than a handful of signals in a proto circuit. 2) the Mega is a bear to push together and pry apart with all of these connectors in play. You are only inviting damage to the Mega or the proto card by repeatedly engaging and disengaging all of the pins. The manufacturer probably thought they were doing me a favor by soldering the connectors on for me. Thanks! But, no thanks.E. Nice to include the SOIC pattern, and also unique, but it would have been more useful if its pads were extended inward so it could be used with narrower SOIC packages as well (e.g. 8, 14, 16). Plus, wish it had a SMD bypass capacitor footprint adjacent to it which is pre-connected to Gnd & Vcc.Nice try. I give Keyestudio a "B+" for Effort, but a "C" for execution.
