4 Wheel Light Duty Trolley Assembly for All 1-5/8" or Taller Strut Channel Set of 2

I am a builder and I bought these in order for me to keep the lift on tracks that I recessed into the wall. They are not under any load and only meant for keeping the cart from moving left to right as it goes up and down. Very well built and a high quality all metal product that performs above my expectation. It will buy again.

I used these trolleys on a C-channel frame with a bike hook to make a sliding bike rack and they worked out awesome. They hold up really well and still slide back and forth smoothly even after a year of regular use.Super solid build and exactly what I needed for the project. If you’re making any kind of sliding rack setup these are 10/10.

My project required installation where the bolts and nuts were through a piece of wood to use with a stationary strut and I needed to install the nuts on the wheel side. See pic indicated #1 trolley wheel. I ended up having to use a magnet to hold the nut in place while turning the nut. But the wheels work great in the strut. There are wheels out there where the holes are on extended indicated #2 in pic mounts but were not available this time around.

For less than one Unistrut brand trolley P2750 I got 4 of these. Unistrut rates theirs to only 100 lbs so this listing may be slightly exaggerated, but I did hang a 108 lb lathe tailstock from one of these and it moved smoothly (as can be expected in strut). The Unistrut brand have roll pins to hold the wheels on but these have solid metal pins so that may impact load.

I used these strut trolleys with park tool machine thread bike hooks (8MM) for a sliding ceiling mount bike storage for my garage. At first I was hesitant to spend the money for a glorified coat hangar, but the trolley is sturdy, rolls very smoothly, and is a perfect pairing with the park tool hook. I would purchase these again.

I was dead set on making a large number of DIY strut channel trolleys for cost and design reasons so I ordered these just to see how I measured up and wow are these far down the path of where I dream of being able to get to. *sigh*These have great bearings and wheel diameter and the steel frame is decently thick. These are high enough quality that I may just fabricate brackets for these and pay the money for dozens of sets.

The trolleys are extremely well made. However did not fit good inside the uni-strut. I looked like one side barely made contact and I am not confident that it would hold up.But they are well made wish I could have used them.

I made a sliding bike hanger in my garage using U beams and these rollers. They worked just as I had hoped bolting right up to bike hangers I purchased. You cannot actually see the rollers in the picture but they are running along the railing that is attached to the ceiling of my garage.
