Trying to eat healthier, and missing some favorite foods, I had heard about Cassava flour. I thought "My Grandpa's Farm" products sounded great. I was not disappointed. I used it mostly for tortillas. I also added it to my regular waffle recipe replacing 1 cup of flour as I wanted to stretch my cassava flour. Delicious! Not bitterness, no "grainy" texture. I have told many Whole30 friends about how good this is! Now placing my second order.

You can spend a lot more money for cassava flour but you won't get a better product. Outstanding. Very fine mill, not like the gritty products. It produces a taste and texture that is much closer to wheat based flours. I've made pancakes that I use for sandwiches, as well as bread and they have all turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this flour. If you're looking for cassava flour give it a try to see if it suits your needs.

I've tried this for myself sndb14 year old daughter whom are both Paleo. She absolutely loves it as a breading for chicken and pork. I've also made an organic jam (almost Paleo) Cookie with this flour and she devours them (recipe has some cane sugar in it). It's so nice to have something that is close to regular flour in both taste and texture for our ttransition from gluten free to Paleo.

This is delicious! We eat grain free and this has been so wonderful! Chewy like wheat flour and this brand has much less grit than other brands. I will stick with this brand for now.

I just got this and it's going to expire in 3 months. How am I supposed to use this big bag that fast.
