Fits classic II se
Works well on a Littman classic II se function just like the original with good sound. Only thing missing was the logo.

Spare parts kit- better alternative than the branded version
It’s fits Littmann classic se II perfectly. It is overpriced but much cheaper than the branded replacement parts kit.

Fits Littmann Cardiology II (1988 model)
The adult replacement diaphragm fits my Littmann Cardiology II stethoscope that I bought in 1988 as a first-year medical student. Parts for that stethoscope are hard to find now. I am a pathologist so I hardly ever used the stethoscope but lately I am needing to monitor my blood pressure (with a manual sphygmomanometer). The silicon ear pieces also seem to be an upgrade.
