Worst product and Amazon Customer service is so worst.
Product come with damaged piece and when I call Amazon customer service . they are saying we will enquire and come back. But when i am calling customer service every time they are saying we will enquire for the device send to me. No one is responding for the replacement. Very worst customer service from the Amazon.

Nice product, works fine.
It works, it has quite a strong suction. I have to admit I was very skeptical to use this product at first but after using I was so impressed to see how much dirt it removed. Although it comes with different interchangeable heads, I tried only one yet and it worked perfectly fine on my nose. It felt much softer and cleaner. I will definitely include this suction device in my routine.
