Worth the price
I got two lamps and these dimmable bulbs specifically to help me adjust to waking up in the dark at the beginning of daylight savings, and to use in amber mode close to bedtime. The daytime spectrum is not at all harsh and I always use the amber color at night. It is my favorite lighting in the whole home now!

Absolutely amazing lights!
I had previously bought these lights for my kitchen and one of my bedrooms. This recent order was to add them to my two bathrooms. These lights are so soft and comforting for the eyes (and the body), and yet they light up any room so brightly.

The Bios lights do work.
I use this to stay alert and not depressed, The gray sky does affect my mental outlook is has been a great changer with no medication involved.

Very bright light. I can't really tell if it is helping with the gloomy days or not. I still like the lighting though.

This light actually works.I put it down to its lowest setting and I actually get tired and go to sleep!

Bulbs also emit a low humming noise when dimmed. Returned immediately.
