Great Product
Worked great! Made al pastor for the first time recently and was very happy with how this vertical skewer worked. It is sturdy and doesn't tip over, even when rotating to baste the meat. I lined it with foil beforehand to make sure it was easy to clean. Of course some baste and meat juice seeped through, but it all cleaned off well in the dishwasher. I will probably order another one so I can make twice as much next time!

I disliked that I only received 1 locking nut & I'm missing one each of the long & short stainless steel skewer's need better QUALITY CONTROL!!
