SAMSUNG 65-Inch Class Neo QLED 8K QN900A Series UHD Quantum HDR 64x, Infinity Screen, Anti-Glare, Object Tracking Sound Pro, Smart TV with Alexa Built-In (QN65QN900AFXZA, 2021 Model)

Had a couple problems with the TV right out of the box. 1. The remote was completely dead, there was just enough juice to turn the tv on and then it was dead. Putting it in the sunlight for 8 hours did nothing to help, no charging cable is supplied, ended up buying the wrong cable so it took 2 weeks before I could charge it up. It takes a female end on the cable. You can't set up the TV without the remote. Fortunately one of my old remotes worked for setup. 2. TV cuts out if the input falls below 1080p which unfortunately happens a lot with spectrum. 3. Sometimes has a glitch with the sound it kind of cuts out sometimes for no apparent reason. 4. WIFI not so good, it cut out a lot and was very sketchy, when the Tivo WIFI worked fine the TV WIFI many times wouldn't work at all. Hardwiring corrected most of the problems. When it works the picture is stunning the sound is great because the sound bar is built into the TV, I love it faults and all.

We waited three weeks for the first TV to be delivered it work for 3 hours and then quit. Waited another two weeks for the replacement to be delivered it was defective out of the box. Now we need to wait 2 months for Amazon to pick this up for my money to be returned. I will never buy another Samsung TV. There are absolutely no sports apps available on this TV which means you have to get a Roku to get any sports. What is Samsung thinking who gets a 65 inch TV to not watch sports of some kind? The only good thing I can say is the picture was excellent on the first TV while it worked and the rechargeable remote was pretty cool but TV never worked long enough to get any use out of it. Can I text me off that I'm out my $5,000 for over six months waiting for this to be refunded to my account so I can buy a different brand. Amazon returns on a big item like this take forever I will never buy another big item on Amazon.

It's kinda early still to review this TV because we've had it a week, but the picture quality is great so far. The remote didn't work out of the box and I had to search online to learn how to re-pair it with the TV and that worked. The menu system ui and navigation feels like it could be better but it does the job. Super thin, very light & easy to mount but could have included mounting screws of multiple lengths. Would choose again.

I didn't mount this TV, I used the stand, and I didn't like how it was put together, it feels less stable than any other TV I have ever owned. That said, the picture is amazing, it really is jaw dropping. I just watched Planet Earth and I was riveted. It was gorgeous. This TV is expensive but it's worth it if you're looking for the top of the line and also be ready for the next generation of video. Although 8k seems like it's years away, the TV today is beautiful.

Pros: We were blown away by the TV. It has a VERY bright vivid picture with beautiful colors. We were impressed with the wide selection of apps including GeForce Now, XBOX Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, and all of the typical video stream services. The setup is pretty novel and includes a a box where you plug in the power and all the HDMI cables. This box has 1 very skinny cable that goes to the TV and acts as the only connection to the display. This avoids a big mess of cables behind the TV when you need to connect several devices. The bezel is almost non existent, so you get picture from corner to corner. Cons: We ordered a new TV and paid the new TV price. We received a TV that already had someone's icloud account logged in and 50+ hours of usage. We now have to go through the hassle of unmounting the TV and packing it back up to be returned in order to get a refund.

This tv is great when it works. I also like how it has a smaller box that everything hooks into. This makes easier to hook up multi devices to it. Well it worked great for the first three days after we got it. Then randomly it has lines and bright lights. To get this to go away you have to unplug it and plug it back in. Then a week later HDMI ports started going out. HDMI 2 works when it wants and forget about 3. Called Samsung tech support. Done a lot of swapping HDMI cables and devices. No go. Reset the TV ports still don’t work. Well they said we would have to have sone one to come out and fix it. I thought maybe they could just mail us another small main box but guess not. Well after three days I got a text telling me that they didn’t have a service center in my area. I do live in a small town but a hour away from a major city. So they told me that there going to have to transfer me over to the SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. Which at this point I don’t think real. First time I got transferred over waited almost two hours. I had to go and pick up kids from school. Called back told rep what had happened. He stated that some one will get back with me with in 24-48 hours. Well guess what nothing. Called back again. Same crap. We have to transfer over to SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. This time I am pissed. Due to I was already on hold over 30 min. Called Samsung back again. This time ask to speak to a manager. LMAO was told the only people that could help me is this SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. As I am writhing this review I have been on hold already a hour. Thank GOD I am able to return this POS to Amazon. This was spouse to be the best TV on the market seems like the reviewers didn’t have it long. This thing wasn’t cheep as well. This is the first product I have ever bought that I couldn’t get service on and it’s still under 30 day old. TEUST ME DON’T BUY THIS THING.

Outstanding performance, though only after configuration and calibration. Picture quality with mini LED backlighting exceeds LED FALD (full array local dimming). Build quality is great except for the stand which can be slightly wobbly. Not cheap, but the best display device I have ever seen.

I’ll give it a 5 because the tv came with a defect on the screen but I did not contact seller but Samsung and I’ll tell you. Within 2 weeks techs were sent out and fixed the problem. The tv is awesome and the quality of the screen. Superb. The best of the best of Samsung can offer.
