This orzo is better than the orzo's I've found in my local stores...probably because it's made in Greece! I like to stock up on it here on Amazon about twice a year :)

Orzo is a new experience for me and l love it! So easy to prepare. I tried stove top and also Instant Pot. IP was the best and produced a perfect al dente. Orzo pairs well with dried veg and takes up their flavors. I freeze leftovers in a muffin tin so l can have quick meals, and freezing doesn’t affect the quality of the pasta at all. And since these are made in Greece, happy to contribute to that economy in some small way.

This was my first time buying orzo, and this brand did not disappoint. I will be on the lookout for a less expensive brand ( that hopefully is as tasty), but since I had a hard time finding this type of pasta locally, I would definitely buy this again.

This orzo is nice and large unlike many you can buy in the supermarket. It's perfect for Greek dishes like youvetsi and others. Thank goodness you can get imported things online! I liked it so much I bought some for my brother and had it sent to him. Now he is hooked too! Other brands are just not as good, at least the ones here in the US.

I used this product as a base in a shrimp dish. The flavor was great. I would add that all package cooking instructions are in a foreign language (no English translation), though, so I had to wing it as far as times/temperatures are concerned.

This was an inspired purchase! I am pleasantly surprised at how different the taste and texture of this orzo from Greece is from the typical American store bought orzo. It is more chewy I texture and has a nice mouthfeel to the small pasta. Even my husband noticed which means it is a noticeable difference! Lol! Try it, you’ll like it!
