Not like American toner. I AM IN LOVE! It’s another holy grail!!! -clear -minimal fragrance. Did not irritate skin at all -extremely hydrating! (So hydrating that I’ve used only cleanser and this toner to test and my skin did NOT dry out AT ALL) -absorbs quickly but leaves skin moisturized to the touch -softening -buffers the appearance of pores -layers WELL with other products. -DID NOT CAUSE BREAKOUTS OR EXACERBATE EXISTING ANCE -did not clog pores! -*possibly helped blemishes heal faster. *it does contain alcohol but doesn’t say what type. My skin is super sensitive and whenever I use different skin product, my skin will react really quickly. Lately, due to stress and lack of sleep, my skins been really bad and very dry. I purchased this product and used it for about a month now and it's a game changer. My acne scars has faded and it leaves my skin really hydrated. My friends were shocked to see my skin so clear and they ask me what product I used to make it look "glow." I purchased another bottle because it's just that good. Also, this toner is slightly different than other toners I used. It's more on the thick side and so I was scared that I was going to use this toner really fast. But it's been over a month since I used this and I still have 1/2 left. I use this morning and night and sometimes in the afternoon. It's definitely worth your money and goes a long way.

DRY SKIN PEOPLE like myself, it is hydrating when you add several layers. It’s not intensely hydrating but it’s alright. It does have a slight thickness to it, but doesn’t not feel heavy on my face even after layering it up a few times. You will smell the fragrance and a tiny bit of alcohol but it does dissipate by the time I’m done with my routine. I haven’t had any problems with is sitting under the rest of my products and makeup. It’s not a bad toner by any means. Oily skin, you’ll love this especially during the cooler months.
