Simply Awesome!
This is the second one of these that I have owned. The first one was a victim to my clumsiness and didn't handle a 4 foot drop to the concrete very well. I can't really say that it's the device's fault. The first one I had was brand new, this time I bought "renewed" and it still works great. 20+ hours of use on a full charge, great quality, loud enough playback for me to hear while I'm driving, mowing the lawn or on an airplane. The only thing I don't like about it (and this is fairly minor) is that it doesn't handle coupling with multiple devices very well - for example, if I'm coupled with both my computer and my phone, and I get in the car and drive away from my computer, the headset starts beeping over the loss of the computer connection and won't stop until I power-cycle it. So generally, I only pair it with my phone, which was the main purpose of purchase anyhow. It's a little bulky - my wife and kids make fun of me by calling it "Big Mac and Fries", but function over fashion is my response. After several Bluetooth headsets proved that they could not play loud enough to overcome road noise, this one fit the bill!

Best Bluetooth headset I have ever used.
To say I love this Bluetooth headset is an understatement.I HATE having thing IN my ear. And almost all Bluetooth headsets had a small nub that sits in your ear, even slightly. When I originally found the B250-XTi, I was very happy. It sat ON your ear and was supported by your head instead of your ear lobe. And you could hold down the volume up for 2 seconds to mute.2 days later I found the B350-XT on Amazon and I immediately ordered it. This thing is better than that the B250-XTi in pretty much every way. Here are some highlights why:1. The thing is lighter and just feels way more comfortable than the BT250-XTi. It's way more comfortable than any in ear headset,2. Extra button that can be dedicated to any feature you want. I have mine set up for mute3. Bluetooth 4.0! Better battery life for headset and phone.4. When you mute, the headset beeps slightly every 15 seconds or so to remind you that you are on mute. The beep is much quieter than the one the BT250 makes.5. When you hang up, the BT350 makes a double beep. The BT250 made this annoying screeching-like noise.6. MicroUSB charging, instead of the proprietary charger that comes with the BT250 XT and XTi.And some things that make this awesome in itself:1. 24 hours talk time! I work in IT and have had days where I have been on a 12 hour conference call. Sucks when you need to put a phone to your face, cause your headset ran out of power2. You can use it while it charges!3. Comes with a car charger.

Okay Performance
The battery life does not life up to expectations. Has to be charge daily. Does not give any indication that it is about to die. You can be in met conversation and it goes dead. Not good when Truck drivers are talking to delivery or pickup personnel.

Best Bluetooth Headset That I've Ever Bought!
Best headset that I've ever bought! I work out of my home, and my office isn't just there, it's on the road, outside, basically all over. I've tried all kinds of BT headsets and I have consistently found two major problems with them: 1) They are VERY uncomfortable to wear all the time, and cause ear pain inside the ear. 2) You can't turn them up loud enough to hear everywhere (outside especially). The BlueParrott B350-XT however solves both. First, the large ear cushion is well padded but more importantly comes with a thin foam cover (plus a spare) so that there's no rubbing on the outside of your ear. Secondly, the volume control is very conveniently located and can be turned up loud enough, and the noise-cancelling is the BEST that I've ever experienced. Take it from someone who wears an earpiece 10 to 12-hours a day, This is the one to buy.

BAD QUALITY CONTROL by whomever is refurbishing these
Since I could see from theĀ new, retail B350-XT Ā that the reviews were pretty positive overall, I decided to give this refurbished model a try. The earpiece was nice and loud, so I paired it and made a test call to an automated weatherline. While trying to get the headset to fit comfortably, I noticed some static crackling noises. Thought it was just static sometimes inherent with Bluetooth. Nope. I found that as I moved the earpiece around, it crackled with movement. Even better, if I hold it in one place, I lose audio altogether. I should also state that I only decided to try this refurbished unit after having purchased aĀ refurbished B250-XT+ Ā and receiving a unit that others couldn't hear me on while using. Before you ask why I tried another refurbished unit, I've bought a few in the past for customers and tested them ahead of time to work wonderfully. Another headset going to the UPS man.Aside from the bad earpiece, in comparison with the B250-XT I didn't much care for the B350 for reasons that others have stated. Namely, the microphone location on the inside of the headband rather than the outside. That, coupled with the fact that the darn thing is much shorter than before, leaves me having to bend it straight and slightly away from my mouth to keep it from rubbing against my face. And second, the headband is noticeably smaller, at least to me. I couldn't get it in a position I was comfortable that it would stay put and not slide around easily. To say that of an "over-the-head" headset is a pretty difficult pill to swallow. But, I do have an oversized noggin. As a final comment, I'll say the volume I initially feared would be too low, turned out to be slightly too loud. So much so, that the speaker itself sounded like it was blown just from the lower tones coming through. Possible that it was due to the bad speaker wiring.Definitely staying away from refurbished BlueParrott for a while. I did recently try a comparableĀ FRiEQ Ā headset and was quite happy with it mostly. I'll leave a review on it also soon. Good luck!
