You want to cut back on alcohol but still have the taste of a nice adult beverage minus the sugar, mix this with a can of diet Ginger ale either flavored or plain and then come back and like this review to thank me later lol. Also a nice splash of fruit punch and pineapple juice will make it taste like a nice party punch. It also tastes good plain. These are on my subscribe and save list. They are easy to use and great for travel. Most restaurants either have diet cola products or a nasty unsweetened Iced tea. I don’t like either so I carry these because they are tasty and healthy.

I bought the citron flavor small pkg just to try it. I have only used it twice since receiving it. I used a glass or plastic since I only had stainless steel water bottles and I didn't want to kill my buch. I have since ordered a glass water bottle so it can be more mobile. It tastes good just a little tart because it's a citrus and I like that. There is no fizz but i am grateful for that. I had a gastric surgery that makes carbonation problem for me. I will see how my digestion responds but I am feeling very positive.

It reminds me of the gluhwein (umlaut missing) I had in Vienna, Austria in 1975. I was living there at the time and I loved mulled wine. I tend to drink my flavors hot to warm my stomach at night. I’ve slept much better and I don’t have the alcohol effects. It’s tasty and comforting.

Tastes great and helps me drink more water. Pineapple and Strawberry-Kiwi are my favorite flavors. I drink the ginger lemon flavor hot all winter.

It is very easy to use, you just pour it into your water. The taste also isn't bad it has like a fizzy lemon taste. The sticks come in their own package so you can just put them in your bag and use them when you need. I'm only giving it three stars because the product gave me diarrhea. I don't know if it was because of this product or something else, but after drinking most of the water bottle I had diarrhea for two days.

This tea is bursting with flavor. It was a little kick to it from the ginger and may be a little sweet for some. I just add extra water and so get more of this delicious brew.
