1 would rate minus 10.I ordered this for myself and gift. Never opened mine but when I did. OmgThe smell was terrible it made me so sick to the point I was throwing up. I immediately contacted person I gave it to they put in diffusers and said they thought something was wrong due to awful smell. I told him to ditch and I would order from company I am with Young living. I had to open all windows make up a spray just to get smell out. My yorkies got sick. We threw bottles out. Lesson learned. I only bought because my order was not going to make it in time for my trip. Be nice to get monies back. DONT GIVE AS GIFT...IT WAS EMBARRASSING.

Cinnamon is my favorite essential oil. It relieves pain when rubbed in skin mixed with fractionated coconut oil. It smells so good too. I diffuse it alone or with Frankense and Myrrh for a wonderful earthy scent. This company makes good oils and has great customer service. When you have an issue they refund or replace the product. I had issues with blends so I stick to single oils now. I broke my elbow and wrist in 4 places and it got me thru the pain way better than pain pills, way safer as well.

I wanted to get this for the purported healing effects it gives getting toxins out of the body. I've only put it on the soles of my feet. It of course got on my hands and wow the heat! Scratched my cheek and had my hands on my thighs for a few seconds and WOW the heat!!! Felt like I'd been in a bin of hot peppers!!! It wasn't painful at all, actually felt pretty good. I know I should have put it in some carrier oil but I didn't.The bottle was in a plastic bubble bag, thank goodness. About 1/3 of the oil had come out. I think liquids are pretty hard to keep inside their containers when tipped over and rolled around in transit. It wasn't expensive so I'm not going to ask for anything, I'll just order sooner haha! So the oil I put on myself I was talking about earlier was the contents of that bag. I left the box and bag in my front entrance and it still smells great after a week! I really love the smell of this and it has healing properties.

I have always loved the smell and taste of warm natural cinnamon, so you can imagine my disappointment when I put a few drops of this essential oil into my diffusers and nearly gagged in disgust at the aroma. The best way I can think to describe the smell is very chemical and artificial with a strong, sweet odor that overpowers any hint of natural cinnamon. You'd be better off using an open bottle of cinnamon bark or ground cinnamon to suit your aromatherapy needs. This stuff will burn your nostrils and give you a headache.

Wow! Don't underestimate this because you think you know cinnamon! Very powerful, & very strong ( spill on your skin & accidently touch your face, etc. & it WILL BURN!) We quickly remember that "Red Hot" candies back in the days of the matinee were made from cinnamon! Other than that, a very pleasant cinnamon aroma . Again with so many using diffusers, I would like to see a 4oz economic size. The small one just too little. Great product, would recommend!
