Amazing product......... Not budget friendly
This additive works amazingly well. It’s like voodoo magic. My dog had horrendous breath and you couldn’t even be in the same room as he was. 4 days after use his bad breath was gone like magic. I love how it works. However............. It’s expensive to use because you have to use so much per bowl of water and my dog is a big dog that drinks a lot of water. The price makes it difficult to justify. I’ve tried other products but I haven’t found one that works as good as this product. I’m torn as to whether I live with his breath or just plan on spending $60 plus a month to keep him odor free. Won’t hurt to try a bottle for yourself and see if the cost is worth it to you.Cheers!!!

Keeping breath fresh
Bought for my older dog whose teeth and gums are really bad. And with this problem comes the bad breath. I don't want to it him to sleep because of his age...he's 13. So thought I try this. It's amazing. After only five days his breath smells great and I've even noticed less tartar buildup on his teeth and less redness in gums. Using this on my 3 year old border collie too. Best decision I've made. Got the plain additive so there is no taste. Can't go wrong.

I wanted to like this
I give my dog daily dental chews and I brush his teeth 4 to 5 times a week. But it's hard to get to the back molars when he doesn't want to cooperate. So I bought this water additive to see what it could do for his teeth. I'm not sure what it does for his teeth but the weird thing is he gets a bad smell every time he uses it. At first I tried a small amount for just a few days and he had an odd smell around his tail. It could be anal gland issues, but it's not fishy, it's more an organic soil smell. So I stopped using it. He got a bath. All smells better. Tried it again a few weeks later. The smell is back on like day three. I cannot for the life of me explain what that link is, but it's the only change in his routine. He never smells like this unless he has this water additive. I'm posting this review in case other people have the same experience.Update: I think the anal gland issue and the water additive are unrelated. Weird timing for the first two instances but now everything is fine and my dog routinely drinks the water with the additive with no problem. We haven't yet built up to the full strength in the water, but it does seem to be reducing the tartar on his molars.

Works well. Shockingly well.
Wow. My dog has terrible breath. I mean, like it smells like hot garbage in the summer in Alabama bad breath. I love him, he's clearly the best dog ever, but his breath is just so terrible. When he yawned, you could smell his breath from the other end of the couch. I have to get his teeth cleaned nearly every year and I'm very worried about the long term effects on his health. So I brush his teeth, give him tons of chewy dental treats, and make sure to keep an eye on his teeth and breath. Trying this product was sort of a last ditch effort to use something before having to get his teeth cleaned again. Turns out this thing works! It was remarkable within the first week, even the first day. He's pretty picky, so I thought he might turn his nose to it, but he didn't, and he seems to like it. I've been using this for about six weeks now and you can see a difference in the plaque on his teeth as well. I still do brush his teeth and he gets dental food, but the biggest difference seems to come from this water additive.

Anyone Use This For 2+ years Or More?
Non-flavored bottle review... I've been adding this to my 12 lb dogs water each morning for 6 months or so. Yes, it helps her breath some. Yes, I notice a small change in her tartar build up but this is NOT a replacement for having your dogs teeth cleaned professionally nor does it replace brushing their teeth. Yes, the ingredients are listed as food grade but after Googling all 5 ingredients, I have some concerns. I am curious if anyone has been using this product for more than 2 years & if so, how their animals health is.

Misleading product description
"A taste your pet will enjoy". We tried one dose per the recommendation on the bottle and my dog will not even touch his water. We tried to get him to drink and he continually avoided it. So, I dipped my finger in it and found that the water tastes acidic and I fully understand why he won't drink it. I understand why the acid is there and why it is necessary for the product to do the job but to market it as something my dog will enjoy seems a bit of a stretch.

It helps!
I wouldn't call this a miracle cure but it definitely helps. It's part of my daily routine now. Doesn't seem to bother the dog either.

What The Heck Was I Thinking.. It Turned Out Better Than I Thought It Ever Could!
At first I read about all the different dental things for dogs and didn't believe anything like this would work. His teeth were starting to look a bit on the yellow side and I was sure he'd need a cleaning soon. Being a senior on a fixed income , I knew I'd have to save for it so in the meantime he needed something. I knew that my furry son wouldn't go for the tooth brushing and the wiping would be a battle for both of us, then I saw this oral treatment and after reading the reviews I thought let me give it a try. OMG, after 3 weeks of using it , his teeth are a sparkling white !!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it and showed everyone I knew the results (mommy had to brag on his dazzling smile now). Long story short, give it a try and see the great results (no side effects for him either)!! I'm off to order another bottle, maybe two more bottles.

Works well
Seems to work well for both of my dogs, helps with bad breath and helped with my younger dogs tarter in between a few teeth.

Gets their teeth white
My dog hates getting his teeth brushed. I have tried different additives, but this one is clearly the best. They don't hate the taste, and it has removed the tarter from my shihtzu's teeth. Their saliva tends to coat their teeth in a brown yucky tarter and I am absolutely amazed at how this additive removes it. If you are frustrated trying to clean your dogs teeth, try this brand. Like I said, I've tried 3 others and have 3 mostly full bottles. This is the only one that I found works!

Made my Fox Terrier Sick
Followed the recommended instructions... but my FOX Terrier did develope a negative reaction after constant use after only 1 week. (vomit and excrement's).I'm not blaming the product... but the side affects stopped entirely and disappeared after 5 days of non usage of the product. The dog's breath did slightly improve... but can not say that I noticed less tartar accumulation on its teeth

What’s more beautiful and a great smile
Well I have two older cats so as you can imagine 14 years plaque of coarse can add up and I didn’t know what to do and I wasn’t about to spend hundreds of dollars and taking them to the dentist when I don’t spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on myself going to the dentist because my teeth aren’t that bad so what am I to do and I tried The spray stuff that you have to do every day couple times a day right in their mouth it’s minty and and they really don’t like it I even took an old Oral-B electric toothbrush and would try and brush your teeth with it no toothpaste just water in the one cat he thought it was more like a toy and just hold onto it and just rub it against his whiskers he was cute made a video and posted on YouTube but still plaque not gone specially on the back teeth on the sides so they’re 14 years old going on 15 now very healthy cats so they have a long way to go and I’m not about to go brushing your teeth Siri whatever every day so what to do so I came across this stuff and you just add it to the water I got the non-flavored non-you couldn’t smell anything and so far I’ve been using it for a while I mean you’re never gonna have perfectly white teeth but I want to prevent from their teeth falling out Or anything the front teeth are nice and white still and then one cat he drinks a lot of water and he chews on little things so his teeth are a lot better than the other I was looking at his teeth today and I noticed that his teeth have gotten better now the other one with lotta plaque on his back teeth I haven’t looked at his yet but when I do but he still doesn’t drink as much water as the other one but when I do I’ll see if it has made a difference if it has made a toll difference since he’s the one that likes it or I’ll be toothbrush or anything the front teeth are nice and white still in the one cat he drinks a lot of water and he chews on little things so his teeth are a lot better than the other I was looking at his teeth today and I noticed that his teeth have gotten better now the other one with lotta plaque on his back teeth I haven’t looked at his yet but when I do but he still doesn’t drink as much water as the other one but when I do I’ll see if it has made a difference if it hasn’t made a total difference since he’s the one that likes it or I’ll be toothbrush I may look into buying that toothpaste that goes with the water and I made so often just slightly brushed the back but so far it didn’t make them sick I followed the instructions and so far so good it’s been over a month now for two months now I believe and yes so nothing in there like a litter box looks unusual Like I said they’re still eating there has been no vomiting or still acting normal so that’s a great sign I would highly recommend us I know they have bacon flavored or chicken flavored water I think that would be geared more towards dogs or maybe cats if they tend to be fussy maybe they would drink more but my cats enjoy water so so far so good I will continue to buy this I mean it may not take all the tire off but also can help prevent from things getting worse and these guys aren’t going anywhere anytime soon they’re very healthy cats so I want their teeth to be there so they can continue to eat dry food I would recommend it for any dog or cat really is on is their stomach can handle it I wish I knew about this a little longer ago.
