Poorly packed
The first on I got was snapped and the tip was gone. So the sent me another one right away ( What was the only positive thing I can say about this.) Second on snapped on the very first fish I got so I looked over the hole rod and found a lot of cracks in the rod. So I payed 60 open bails. Maybe I can use them for ultralight summer fishing. So no good. Sad cause I use a lot of abu Garcia's open water fishing rod and reels.

Arrived missing Reel Handle and Spool
In the past I have used several Abu Garcia products with no complaints. My review here is not for the actual product, but about how it arrived. This product arrived without the Reel Hande and Spool. I’m not sure how that happens...?

Used it once and it broke
My honest review of this product from my experience is that the ROD is great, but the REEL broke within an hour of using it. it may have been a defect. I had also bought a $20 Reel and Rod for my 5 year old daughter and that REEL lasted 3 days and many hours.

Was made fun of because I'm not the smallest guy in the world using this rod but absolutely love it! Highly recommended!!
