I've always been hesitant about self massage products but this one is really amazing I waited to write a review because I read that some people said that there's broke after having it not very long but I have had mine at least 3 months and use almost daily. I suffer ftom major back issues. Arthritis, degenerative disk and tension in the shoulder blades. This has been a game saver. I use every morning to get my blood circulating and loosen up from a night's sleep as morningd are the worst. Highly recommend

This thing is amazing. My husband and I both use it. I get tension headaches caused from tense muscles around my neck and my husband gets frequent back pain from a few accidents he was in years ago. This has helped us both tremendously. Seriously, it's solid gold.This massager is sturdy and well made and was recommended to us by a friend who has the same model, who was recommended this particular model from their chiropractor.It has made us happier people in general.It's easy to use and the heat isn't too hot, which we like. Although my husband chooses to use it without the heat most of the time. You can control the direction the massager rotates. You can choose to have it alternate or just go one way or the other.It's not too heavy and it's easy for us to use.It comes with an AC power and a cigarette power adapter if you so choose to use it in your car (although we have not done that but I'm assuming for long car trips this would be amazing).I highly highly recommend this massager and it's well worth the price.

I bought this because a friend had one and it worked great! So I ordered one. Out of box any moderate pressure the back massager motor stops spinning. Clearly a defect and weak motor. So I called up product support and no one answered. Not a big deal. Left a message. They never returned my call. I call back again and the voice mail box is full. Clearly an individual trying to act like a bigger company than he is.I am now stuck with a defective product and a company that is non-responsive and in business for the short term. STAY AWAY!!You may get lucky with a product that works but take your chances.

Most people I know who have tried this massage machine have gone out and got their own. It's this funny thing -- everyone makes a funny face when they use it as they are in some kind of massage pleasure. This is amazing, works deep tissue and is very flexible to move and get to the right spot. I have a friend who have one of those $4000 Japanese table massagers which is excellent but she ends up just using this as it's easier to just sit in your living room and it works great.

After trying four different mugs models of similar design, this massager is the only one with long enough arms for my comfort Using the adjustable straps to maximum length, my arms are in a more relaxed position and the controls can be reached during use.

OMG... This is fabulous. For when your chiropractor is out of town; after gardening; too many Zoom meetings;etc etc etc. Had it for 2 months and am so glad I splurged and got it.

Very good product. I would prefer it would not change direction on its own.
