This is a great deal and easy to install

Used with a Toto one-piece toilet. This is *only* a wax toilet gasket, so it's hard to get too descriptive -- but, for a toilet seal, it was well designed/machined/produced. This is not a product you want to have fail for no good reason and I felt pretty confident installing this one. I would definitely get this again if I was doing another toilet project.
