I have only been using this planner for a week. I got tired of looking for my medical notes in my regular calendar & planner and this is a lot easier than making your own out of a bullet journal. Over time, I am finding it overwhelming to track everything. I do like the habit tracker.I like how it combines a food diary along with the various symptom checkers and charts. I also like having the monthly view, daily view, and the monthly habit trackers.The only downside is that it is a pretty big book.I didn’t look at the yearly planner. I did see some that were more diet focused & some that are more health focused.One recommendation is to add a spot for body measurements, though I could use one of the note sections for that.It is helping me to see patterns.The habit tracker helps too. For instance, I get lazy about washing my face before I go to bed (I feel like it wakes me up when I want to be sleepy). I am more consistent about skin care with the tracker.There are A LOT of boxes - but I just focus on the things I want to monitor. Otherwise, the book could get overwhelming.The paper is thick quality and the ink does not bleed. It has three bookmarks plus the elastic band. You can bookmark the month, the habit tracker, and the daily page.UPDATE- like anything, it’s exciting at first but then it just seems to be either too big or else not big enough to fit things like 8.5 x 11 printouts from my medical portal records.

I love clever fox planners. I use their budget and daily planner pro. I recently had an allergic reaction then had a reaction to the meds they gave me for the allergic reaction. So now I’m being weaned off the medication slowly. I needed something to track dosages, symptoms, vitals.I was using a plain note book but wanted something more organized. I like that it has a food log too because I can track what foods my body is reacting to also. I use the dot pages in the back to write questions for my doctor visit. My doctor is able to flip through it also. He really like it and was impressed.It also has a monthly calendar to write appointments, and other pages for medical facilities contact, insurance information, and much more. Very thorough planner.This planner is great for anyone going through medical treatments or illnesses.

This product has space to record lots of details; wish there a similar product (with same detail) that is smaller. The smaller version that I saw when purchasing did not have same time intervals. Can be very useful when tracking a specific condition, period of time, or general health if one collects many data points. Very sturdy; quality journal type book.

I was recently diagnosed with a rare condition. I wanted something to not only lift my spirits but also serve as a good communicator for visits to my doctor. This book is so helpful in keeping all of my health information in one place as well as giving me a project to ease the stress of being ill. I was able to customize the book as I needed & it is not a dreadful task of writing down your progress. It is transportable to the doctor & makes remembering your health concerns easier to remember & communicate. I love the yellow book. I would recommend for anyone who is needing to keep up with their health.

My father has cancer and this has been a lifesaver. There was another one specifically for that but I didn't want to shell out that much money. I don't need all of the areas they have for writing specific things in as they don't pertain to what we're using this for but it gives us space to make other notes we need. I absolutely love this. It's great to bring to doctors appointments for any and all information. Food, meds, vitals, BMs, or the calendar to write other appointments. It has a nice little pocket in the back, cute stickers, undated, and a hard cover. Even though it has a hard cover, it's still easy to write in. Only downfall is it's only 3 months however if it was a year or six months it would be too thick so I can deal with three months. I will be purchasing another.

This thing is very thorough, which is exactly what I wanted. There are fields to track everything you can think of. I like that I can track my weight loss in addition to all of the other information. I think this would be really helpful to bring to a doctor’s appointment for them to look over and either help diagnose something, or let you know what you’re doing right/wrong for an issue you’ve already been diagnosed. My only issue is making myself fill it out every day/night. Thats obviously a me problem though.

May i recommend a soft cover, thinner pages, qider spaces to record long meducation names, a plavmce to record frequency to take medication, too many medical expense and lab test pages for a 3 month journal, eliminate social security number fields
