Great eco-friendly alternative to silicone menstrual cups
For the purposes of helping others with sizing, I'm in my 30s and delivered vaginally. My flow is usually medium-heavy. I ordered size 2 because I was nervous about the largest size and am still getting used to the changes in my post-partum body. Size 2 is working ok, but would size up to 3 (like is recommended) if I ever need to buy a second one. When my flow is heavy, I usually like to change it every 8 hours, sometimes more. I also wear washable pads on heavy days just to be safe.I've used menstrual cups before - the Athena was my first that I had used for several years and liked, but is made of silicone and thus not biodegradable (like most menstrual cups on the market). Post-pregnancy I wanted something that was more eco-friendly and this has fit the bill. I really appreciate there is no plastic in their packaging - true to their advertising, not even stickers. Instructions are cleverly printed inside the packaging so no extra paper is used. I really appreciate how thoughtful the packaging is - big plus. The pouch is attractive and neutral, very pretty. I've been using the cup at home and work for a few days now, and it's been great. Boiled it to sterilize prior to first use. Cleaned my hands before and after. Rinsed the cup after emptying into the toilet. Unlike other reviewers, I found the material to be sufficiently thick/stiff and comparable to my Athena cup.The recommended labia fold to insert definitely seems to work better for me than the c-fold. I was used to doing the c-fold with my Athena cup, but I must not have done it properly because I had some leakage and it started to slide out after a few hours. No issues so far when using the labia fold. Could also be that I haven't used a menstrual cup in 2 years and need a little practice. The labia fold for insertion is a little uncomfortable for me but it seems to fit better. I wish there was a video demonstrating the labia fold insertion. This visual is a little unclear on their instructions and it's not the most intuitive for me. The cup sits comfortably once inserted, and is comfortable and easy to remove.Bottom line: works great, comparable to the popular Athena cup (and other silicone/plastic cups) but nicer quality, natural and more eco-friendly.

Leaks!
I have used a silicone menstrual cup for years without any issues whatsoever. It’s only ever leaked when it was super full and I am comfortable using it at home and on the go. In an effort to switch to a more natural product I decided to try this loop cup. I tried it for one cycle and eventually gave up and went back to my silicone cup. For the life of me, and using various fold styles, I could not get the loop cup to “open up” once inside. It’s super soft and flexible and doesn’t hold its shape like a firmer silicone cup does. Putting it in was a huge challenge and I ended up with half my hand inside my who ha trying to make sure it was positioned appropriately. In the end I would hope it was and go about my day. Every single time I wore it it didn’t fill up as it should and I had serious leaks. I feel like this cup would be awesome if it were thicker and held its shape better. But as it is I do NOT recommend this product. $30 down the drain :(

I like that it is made of rubber not silicone
I like that it is made from rubber not silicone. It also has the loop on the end to make it easy to get out. What i did not like is that mine did not come with the bag shown on the package and the box said it would. I think mine was used and women kept the bag to let others know they had returned it. The cup is sold elsewhere, and that is where i would buy it.

Best Menstrual Cup
[I got size 2 and it’s perfect and comfortable, I might even size up later. I usually use regular tampons. I’ve never given birth before]This is the best cup I have ever tried. Over the years I’ve tried at least 6 brands but always went back to the old fashioned way because it was uncomfortable or I didn’t want a toxic plastic product leaching into my body! This cup is far superior to any cup I’ve tried because1. It is made out of a natural and safe material2. Is is very flexible but holds shape. Doesn’t press on my bladder and make me feel like I instantly need to pee3. It removes extremely easy!!! This is HUGE. The loop prevents me from anxiety I used to get when my old cup wouldn’t come out. PHEW4. Comes with a natural linen bagDon’t hesitate!! Buy this cup ans save your money. It’s unlike any other cup out there!

Comfort
I have tried several menstrual cups this one is by far the most comfortable as well as the most easy to take out. Only con is the capacity it holds, this is not suitable for heavy flow. More suitable for medium to light flow.

Small and much more flexible
I've tried other cups that were considered "soft" this one is by far the most comfortable. The loop makes it soooo much easier to remove.

Please make discs!
Love that these are natural rubber, soft, and come in two packs of different sizes. The loop is great etc., everything is perfect in theory. But ever since menstrual *discs* started hitting the market and I've tried them, I can't go back to cups. I keep trying to use these again because I love that they're natural rubber, but they are just so uncomfortable compared to menstrual discs. Cups create suction and need to pop open to work. Discs stay molded in the shape of your body, have 0 suction, and sit and an angle that makes it so that I truly don't feel anything at ALL. I always feel cups no matter what, and it's very uncomfortable, even painful. Removal is almost always extremely uncomfortable and a little painful, especially if it's been in for more than a couple of hours and the cup has really suctioned itself inside. Ouch.I have searched high and low and there doesn't seem to be any menstrual discs made of natural rubber on the market. Please make them. I will loyally support any company that does and will tell everyone in my life who menstruates all about them. Please make natural rubber menstrual discs!!!

DO NOT BUY
this product is ridiculous. it does not open inside you, its completely worthless. its like whoever designed this wanted to insult people who menstruate. and i have been using a menstrual cup for years without a problem but unfortunately i lost my trusty keeper and decided to try something new. mistake.
