Médica indicou. Tenho constipação e esse suplemento ajuda muito. Tomo minha dose a noite e pela manhã já consigo evacuar naturalmente. Sem cólicas e sem a urgência de ir ao banheiro. Não é como um laxante purgativo. Não perco mais. Quanto a tornar o trânsito intestinal normal, não aconteceu. Tomar vários dias seguidos também não é interessante.Demora de chegar mas chega dentro do prazo.

Works amazing

This stuff works too well. Fast acting and cleanses my bowels if I feel a little backed up. For week 1 I took two instead of four and it did the job. Second week I decided to take the four before sleeping and ohhhhh man, about 2 hours later I was already feeling my bowels shifting. Highly recommend this product.
