I wanted this mandolin so bad and I used it and took it apart to clean it and can't get it put back together. It is very sturdy and quick and really does the job well. You can change how thick or thin you want something and it doesn't move when you use it. I am just bad and putting things back together.

I have owned several types of slicer/dicer food processors, this is the first one that does what it says. It is Very sharp, the food glides easily on it, and is easy to dial in for the thickness you desire. The only reason I gave it a 4 is it does tend to move easily on the surface it is placed on and the gloves included really are not strong enough to protect your hands!

It’s very sharp, but functional with all the extra things needed. Wear the gloves and use the tools it comes with and you’ll be fine! I’m excited to have this in my kitchen!

This kitchen tool is fantastic. It is sharp, sleek and easy to use. It is easy to clean, so far as well. The slice options are all that I currently need. Only cut I'd add would be a crinkle cutter. It is sturdy and doesn't feel like I'm going to break it. I can fit it in the drawer easily. It saves me time. I'm thoroughly pleased and so glad I found this one before I wasted money on something else.

This is a nice kitchen tool to have!I’ve wanted one for so long!This was a great price, and the quality is very good!I was thrilled to see that it came with a pair of protective gloves, However, I was so excited to get going, and had seen these many years tons of times on TV. I went right to it and not one minute into it, sliced off the tip of my finger.!My finger throbbed, and was painful to the touch for nearly 7 weeks!I must admit, I have been afraid to use it since then.I’m making a chicken salad tonight,WISH ME LUCK!I highly recommend this product and using the protective gloves!

The build quality is unimpressive: although the parts themselves are durable, the legs and steel plate move around when using the mandoline, which is annoying. In addition, the blades are not particularly sharp, and the smallest julienne size is not very small.

Doesn’t slice properly difficult to reassembly after cleaning. Lacks precision there is no option to send back to vendor for disposition
