I was initially highly dismayed with this merchandise because it had been assembled incorrectly and I had gifted a special friend with it for her 50th birthday. I could not believe I spent $35 and it looked the way it did after she unwrapped it. I went to Amazon and I engaged the chat session thing with Amazon Returns because I was steaming. A representative identifying herself as 'Lavish' assisted me. Lavish worked wonders--got another wind chime delivered to me the next day and at no expense. I was amazed with the recovery actions of this woman, who was as good as her word when she said she could fix things. So I would say FOUR stars for Lavish, and make certain you check the merchandise whenever possible before you gift someone with it. Things do happen. This is actually a handsome little wind chime and my friend is delighted with it.
