Still achieving quality BP numbers on Bulk Supps Arginine!
I have HBP. Been on Bulks Arginine and Citrullene as a stack on several other supps for reduction of that problem. I have a stack I call Jacked AS F@@@@ you can fill in any applicable word you like. My Normally 150/100 off Meds and 140/90 on meds gets reduced to a stable 117/78 if I stay off the caffeine. Ive changed my diet to be high P, Low C with modest fat to keep my brains healthy. 1 TSP of Arg, 1 TSP of Cit, 1 heaping TSP of BCAAi, 3 TBSP of Casein, 1 gram of Panax Ginseng (>10% ginsenosides), 1 heaping TBSP of Team Maca Black Maca Powder, a gram of Lysine, Jay Robb Whey (full serving) and Jay Robb Psyllium (full serving) in a 24 ounce shake, topped off with Kimbo Prestige Espresso beans ground Turkish (a full 1/5 cup). That is a stack folks. Its boasts nearly 50 grams of quick and slow release proteins, it has Black Maca for libido, energy, glandular (thyroid, hypo, pit) stability, ginseng for focus and clarity plus energy, Cit/Arg as a one/two punch to the vascular system for dilation and NO delivery and BCAA so I can continue to utilize the proteins and not catabolize lean muscle. Not a body builder, but Ill tell you on my small dose of meds I couldn't get my BP below 135/95. Today W/O caffeine I can be easily HYPOTENSIVE all day every day JUST ON THE ARG and CIT. All supps listed except Jay Robb and ginseng is all from Bulk Supplements. Prior I used the Bulk Supp Ginseng but found a gram did not have the impact desired and moved to another provider with higher Ginsenosides but the Bulk Brand was very good and Ill use it for my wife who is a bit sensitive to ginseng punch. Bottom line is that is my breakfast and Ive never had more energy with the slow release during digestion of the coffee beans, the long duration of protein availability----- blood flow---- clear mind (Im in a highly technical business and can't deviate for a moment during work)........ I follow up when I can with another 3 grams of each Arg and Cit midday and then at dinner the same (or nearly before bed). Bulk Supplements is nearly all i use and the value and performance is unparalleled. If you have HBP and don't have herpes of any kind (some folks are sensitive to Arginine) I suggest you get after lowering your BP and reducing your med intake. Ive tested the 3gram x 3/day Arg/Cit combo and it won't keep me normal after day 3. But stacking on my HBP allows me to reduce my med intake and stay in a really good range 24/7, even with my coffee addiction forcing the numbers up daily. The Bulk Supp product line is phenomenal.

Outstanding amino and quality.
The quality is great. Have many items from BulkSupplements. Very consistent and accurate on dosing. This is a pure item, no fillers, no sugar, no stomach upset. Wife states it dissolves easily, but I just throw it in my mouth and chase with grapefruit juice.

That'll Do Pig, That'll Do.
After using NO Xplodes caffeinated NO booster, which I REALLY disliked, I figured I would go back to a straight NO booster. I'm not a big fan of dumping a whole bunch of random junk in my body, so I try to stay with things that are at least naturally produced and/or needed by the body. I tried NOW Foods Arginine at 4grams pre workout, along with other aminos, and I definitely noticed a difference. So, I figured I would give ARginine another try. The packaging: The packaging is fine. Its minimalist, and it zips shut. Just be sure to not try to dump the powder out. And be sure to keep the "zip lock" clean so that it shuts all the way. ***One thing I have a problem with: WHERE IS THIS STUFF MANUFACTURED?!*** There is no markings on the package, which leads me to believe that it is likely from China. And as well all know, China is trying to kill us! Or so it seems what with poisonous products and all. Their health standards are on average lower than ours, and can therefore put/leave stuff in their final product that would not be allowed here in the States. Consistency: Consistency is pretty course for a "powder". Seems to mix decently enough though, so no big deal there. I usually mix it with some juice about 45-60 minutes before my workout. Taste: Believe it people, the taste really is pretty bad. I have tasted some really bad tasting powders, both legitimate and non-legitimate powders, and I'm here to tell you, this stuff tastes bad. I'd rather chew on an OC, or a Tylenol than taste this stuff. Performance: Down to the good stuff. So, when I add ***FIVE GRAMS*** to 2 grams COP, 5 scoops ON Amino Energy, and 2 grams Creatine (I take 5 grams with my second meal. I'm vegetarian and get little in my diet, so I figured I would play around with the Creatine dosage), I have energy FOR DAYS. In fact, when I work out between 4 and 5, I have so much energy at the end of the day when I go to sleep (Between 12 and 1), that I have to take something to mellow me out. I'm not jacked from the caffeine, as the caffeine doesn't really play a pivotal role in the whole ensemble. But rather from the combo of everything (For those of you that are interested, I take ZMA and half a Melatonin, and sometimes some Holy Basil, Chamomile, and Catnip tea. Also, post workout to help with stress horomones, I take Ashwagahnda). I know that when I increased my Arginine dose to 5 grams (Do your research, the suggested serving size falls WAY short of Arg. NO boosting abilities), I noticed a HUGE difference. With the aforementioned stack, my muscles get so engorged, that I can hardly move around. This includes my back as well. One strange thing, despite rapid recovery (Sometimes only needing 10-15 seconds after burnout to do an additional half to full set), is that my muscles BURN. My guess is is that it is because of the increased Creatine, and therefore the need for more water. I will say people, DRINK WATER! I drank half a gallon of water my last workout, and was still leaning towards dehydration. Water is crucial! Conclusion: Arginine works. However, be careful, because I've read numerous accounts of it losing its effectiveness quit quickly if taken all the time without breaks. A better alternative my be L-Citrulline-Malate, or possibly L-AAKG. And be sure your not throwing your body out of whack when taking supplements! Good luck with your lifting endeavors!
