yes, this product is vegan and vegetarian friendly

Can I mix it with my protein shake and other supplements like bcaa and gluco?

I add it to my pre and post workout shakes. Just check the list of ingredients on your protein powder some have bcaa's and l-carnitine already in them.

The suggested dose is 1/5 tsp. How is that even measured? Is there a measured scoop in the package? Very few people have a 1/5 tsp scoop

I doesn’t come with a scoop. You can either buy one or what I did was use the end of the handle of a tsp spoon and just guess scoop it. It’s a fairly small amount. If it helps 1/5 tsp = 1 ml. If you have a food scale you can weigh it as well.
