We needed a Wi-Fi security system and, after reading so many informative reviews, we chose Tonton Security cameras.Firstly, upon confirmation of the order, it was great to receive an email from Milly giving contact details and reminding us that she was there to help – and she has been! We really can’t recommend her highly enough! We had a question about adjusting the sensitivity of the cameras and she sent through an update and confirmed that we had the latest NVR software, and another about setting up the email (we just hadn't understood how to choose the email provider - which, on reflection, when we checked through the set up manual slowly, was very easy).The system really is plug in and play. We ordered the four camera/eight channel system, as we thought we might need extra cameras – we did. The two extra cameras arrived, and we simply followed the instructions to match code and they worked.Both the email notification and the App on Android work well. The photograph attachment to the email is very good, but it is the App that is really impressive.The App has improved significantly over the few months that we have been using it: For each notification it is now possible to link directly to a 30 second playback video. One can also view in real time and make recordings, backups and screenshots.The videos and screenshots from the App are such high quality – clear, good definition, no matter what the weather, or time of day (including the difficult time of dawn and dusk). As a private user, we have some cameras on video only and others on AV (that is, recording sound as well as video).The cameras are really multi directional. We have been able to put them at various angles to capture the exact area that we want covered, the lens angle is very wide. The Wi-Fi coverage is strong (and the reason that we felt confident to add two more cameras) – the cameras are several metres away from the NVR which is plugged into the router and television near the centre of the house. The signals have to go through brick walls and are all working well!In total, we would recommend Tonton security camera system for the high quality camera coverage, ease of use, and the wonderful support of Milly and the customer service team.

Bought this camera to add to my existing 2018 Tonton cctv system. I found that several adjustments had to be made to make it work with the old system but I received fantastic help from Susan at Tonton customer service. She was very patient and wouldn't give up until we had set it up correctly. I now have a camera which has a superior picture quality to the original cameras and I may now consider upgrading the other cameras. As part of the installation process Susan told me how to update the NVR firmware and the recording part of the system now works much better. Well done Susan and Tonton

I ordered this camera to replace one of four cameras that bit the dust after 5 years of exposure to the Welsh seasonal elements.This camera is an updated version of the cameras which were included in the CCTV package I purchase in 2018, and so I was a little doubtful that I would be able to get this working with my older setup.Initially upon pairing the new camera, my NVR reported 'resolution too big'; I contacted Tonton support and they sent me an updated firmware file for my NVR, along with good instructions for how to install it. Installation went without a hitch, and before long I was up a ladder installing my newly paired replacement camera.I noticed that this camera (unlike those that were included in the 2018 package) includes a 'floodlight' (several bright LEDs). Unfortunately, my NVR is too outdated to support the new camera's floodlight functionality, however, Tonton support were very helpful indeed when I asked about a workaround. Tonton support sent me detailed instructions and a comprehensive video - tailored specifically to the hardware in use, and the specific software version running on my NVR. With Tonton's help, I was able to effectively 'double pair' the new camera, to be able to control the floodlight functionality from my phone, while also having the new camera operate seamlessly as part of the 2018 NVR/CCTV setup.In short, this is a great camera. The only complication was owing to my running an old CCTV setup - and Tonton support were excellent where it came to helping me get everything up and running the way I wanted. They could have simply told me that my NVR was 'out of support', but they didn't. Highly recommended.

easy to install and easy to understand with a bit of practice. I mare than happy with my four cameras and monitor. Sometimes they pick up too much outside noise and I live in the countryside

Not easy to set it up, if you are not into computers don't buy them, very confusing setup, took me days to do it. Once set up, happy with the product.

After contacting Milly for her recommendation to add another camera to my TonTon setup, I purchased the camera listed. It was incredibly simple to add to my NVR and up an running within minutes. The camera has excellent day and night clarity and has the added bonus of a speaker for both in and out sounds. I can now talk to the postman whilst I am out and about although I haven't yet used that facility. Milly is really great and replies to emails almost instantly.

En fonction depuis quelques mois je suis très satisfait de mes achats .Toutefois n'étant pas un spécialise des installations de surveillance vidéo j'ai eu quelques difficultés à la mise en route où certaines caméras étaient connectées et pas d'autres, j'ai pu compter sur un service technique compétent et efficace pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal du système.Bien sûr, les distances "promises" entre les caméras et l'écran sont optimistes j'ai régler ce problème avec l'adoption d'antenne type "YAGI" permettant des gains plus important que les antennes "fouet" présentées et aussi en "externalisant " les 02 antennes du boitier vidéo. J'ai eu aussi un problème sur l'alimentation du moniteur qui a "lâchée", le fournisseur m'en a fait parvenir une sous quelques jours après avoir échanger par mail pour identifier la source du problème, belle réactivité de leur part!!!!!. A voir sur le long terme, un bon rapport qualité prix.

Ich habe 8 Kameras im Einsatz und bin bis jetzt durchaus zufrieden. Mit der APP ISMKIT ist dies sehr einfach erledigt. Sehr viele Einstellungen können mit der APP vorgenommen werden.Das Beste ist, dass es sich tatsächlich um ein genuines Plug&Play-System handelt, das heißt: auch ein Laie ohne entsprechendes Fachwissen wird dieses ganz einfach anschließen können. Egal ob Tag oder Nacht, das Bild ist klar und deutlich und wird auch durch Wände Abstand störungsfrei übertragen. Das Zubehör ist an sonsten recht umfangreich. Es liegt sogar eine extra Antenne dabei um evtl den Empfang zu verbessern. Ein sehr gut funktionierendes DVR Wenn der Alarmmelder aktiviert ist, bekommt man im Falle einer Bewegungserkennung eine Meldung auf's Handy geschickt.Zur Kamera selbst:Verarbeitung ist optisch und haptisch TOP!Auflösung der Kamera ist SUPER.Benachrichtigung per Mail funktioniert auch super.Gestochen scharfes Bild auch bei Nacht!Der Support über Whatsapp ist schnell (Zeitverschiebung berücksichtigen), am besten morgens, dann bekommt mal zügig eine Antwort, ansonsten am nächsten Morgen. Alles in Allem kann ich diese Kamera durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Pour une surveillance la caméra fonctionne bien. P.e. Pour regarder les portails avant d‘ouvrir. Pas contre, les enregistrements des mouvements sont inutiles: des fois elle enregistre des feuilles bougeantes, mais elle ne voit pas les voitures qui roulent sur notre terrain. Mais bon, pour cela il faut dépenser beaucoup plus d‘argent.

J'utilise cette camera en complément d'un pack Technaxx et cela fonctionne parfaitement sur le NVR Technaxx alors que ce n est pas de la même marque. En fait c'est la même caméra et à moitié Prix !Actuellement j ai 5 cameras de ce type et franchement cela fonctionne correctement et elles ont l’air très solide pour le moment.

Bonjour sa marche bien sûr l'écran que j'ai avec mais par contre pas moyen d'arriver a la mettre sur mon téléphone . Et sa c'est un gros problème
