How long does it last?

It seems to work pretty fast and I gueess works for a few hours. I take it when I'm driving on the freeway for my anxiety and it really works. It's a very subtle feeling. I just feel like I'm more calm. I do sometimes take when I can't sleep and next thing I know it's morning. Sometimes I'll take two if I'm really freaking out! Ha! Hope that helps
