I saw someone mention soaking it in water for 24 hours before using it. I have searched and searched and can’t find what to do. Any instructions?

Soaking brushes is a no-no. Especially if the handle is made out of wood as it soaks up the water and rots. Depending on the material, the ferule can also rust.

I want to use painted stencils on wheelbarrows numbers and letters two inch letters. What brushs and paints would you suggest?

Hi, to paint using a stencil it is best to have a flat brush, sometimes called a stencil or stipple brush. This round brush would work for larger stencils. Be sure to pull just a bit of paint on to the brush and tap most of it off on to a paper towel before stenciling. Also, adhere your stencil using tape or a product made for stencils before painting. Enjoy creating!

Can you use these brushes for stenciling with chalk paint on metal can?

I used these brushes for stenciling on balsa wood only. Not sure about metal. I used acrylic paint.
