Q: Can you use this paper with sawgrass sg400?

Yes this is the paper I use in my Sawgrass 400

Q: I see this says not suitable for epson printers. I got this by mistake and it works great on mugs. Will they fade?

that is all I use. and it should not fade as long as it is on a sublimation substrate or polyester shirts

Q: Do you peel the paper? When?

I use a X-Acto knife to separate the paper from the backing

Q: Is this only for light colors?

Can used with white and light colored polyester shirts. I suggest printing a color chart to light colors to see what the effect of the shirts color has on your image. Condé should have charts.
