Work for s20 fe, orignal packaging and overall a+ condition
No issues cosmetically, came with orignal box, documentation and everything. The only thing it didnt come with was the stickers and a hair dusty. A quick onceover with a makeup brush and good as new. As a unit its one of best mobile controller i could find. The gamingSir ones are a solid choice too, but more expensive, dosnt have analog triggers for racing games and etc. This is designed by gamingvice and sold as a razer product, unlike the gamingvice ones, it dosnt have a 3.5 jack, but passthrough charging works fine. You will not be able to keep your case on sadly, mainly due to the fact the usb c port isnt long enough for that. It fit my galaxy s20 fe snugly and is a xinput based device, so it works well for android and is a dream for steam link. Now onto feel, the face buttons are about a b- in feel, the dpad is squishy as heck, the triggers aren't the smoothest. But theirs no wobble, the bumpers feel solid and so do the joysticks. The start, select and home button feel fine, overall im happy with it for $45 at full msrp id be a bit underwhelmed. Also one bit of weirdness just to mention, if you have a razor phone. You'll have to contact razor for different rubber inserts in irder to fit thouse phones, which is odd all things considered

LOVE THIS!
I've been wanting something like this for quite some time, I'm someone who prefers old- school games (nes, ps1, etc) and have several emulators on my phone but hated using a touchscreen to control it- this has been the answer to my prayers! With it being a usb-c connection there's no button lag, and it doesn't require charging at all, just plug&play! It didn't come with instructions but i didn't need any, this was easy to figure out and I'm only moderately tech savvy. If you're on the fence I'm telling you it's so worth it! Works with alot of my android games as well!

It's a GREAT accessory IF the game you want to play is compatible.
I had the expectation that the device would be plug and play. Not so, you have to download the Razer app and try to find the games that are compatible with it. I'm praying that Diablo Immortal will male the list of compatible games with it's release in June.

Its good with some issue when used
The d-pad is squeaky and there is a weird charging issue where it reconnects as the second controller(in retroarch) or just doesnt allow input in general. Unfortunately it isnt fond of my screen protector until i remove the rubber supports, overall its good enough for the price when used considering the other options that are cheap have some unethical practices, id say the same for razer though this had been proven to work and i can confirm that. Please be careful when stretching to fit phones and dont overdo it, the wire in between will pull in there and break or unplug one end.

Recommend
I would highly recommend anybody pick this up because touch screen with emulation is a pain. Imagine being dragged through hell with your skin being peeled off that's what emulation is like with touch screen. This is a way cheaper option it's the same as a full priced one except it's used but no problems at all. If you have native PC ports to Android it works with especially Doom 3. Please pick this up before considering emulating anything on your phone. You can obviously do touch screen emulation with dolphin emulator when it comes to Wii games but not recommended please pick this controller up do yourself a favor

Helped me repurpose an old phone
Bought this with the intention of setting up a DIY Steam Deck, and it works perfectly in that regard! Steam link app on my android phone streaming games to it from my gaming PC is really nice. While I'm sure there's bound to be variation with renewed products, mine was indistinguishable from a brand-new product (save for the packaging), which was a relief. The controller doesn't QUITE fit snug on the phone I have it on (LG V30+ - the left side is a little wobbly), but that hasn't impacted my ability to use it yet. Very glad with the purchase - I use it all the time.

Great until you use it
Had a lot of great things to say about this one but then it just started breaking. Something inside of the left side of it started rattling. Then the left trigger fell off while using it. I know they're keeping it lightweight I don't have any gripes about the lightweight materials, but I do have an issue with the build quality. It's very fragile and the components are made of very low quality plastic. Not just lightweight, low quality. So I'm giving it 1 star because I only was able to get 2 months or so of light use out of it. A product that breaks in a month by simply using it, is of very low quality and not worth purchasing. I am not of such financial means to spend 60 dollars on dud products. If I payed 20 dollars I might expect low quality parts but for the 60-100 dollars I'm seeing it listed for which is pretty pricey, this is 100 percent not worth it. No matter what they did right, I'm gonna issue a strong recommendation that you definitely look elsewhere on build quality alone. Growing up I'd see kids smack, pound, throw, spill, you name it. They were highly durable devices. I'm not saying to abuse your device. I'm just saying, they most definitely do not make them like they used to. You compare a Playstation or Xbox controller to this controller, the build quality of this thing is a major gyp. I find it to be a bad sign that razer was willing to put it's name on such a low quality product. This could be the beginning of a bad direction for the company.

Not really refurbished
Kishi controllers are awesome. This is the second one I bought, the first one just died on me. But this one lasted about 2 weeks. Now the left joystick drifts really bad when playing, sometimes you just lose control with aiming. You try and aim in one direction and it pulls to the side. Very sad since I have so much Razr gear.

Overall it's a great material and I would recommend but only if u don't play COD OR FREE FIRE
Ok so love the quality of this controller it's not like any other I've used before.where price is concern it's reasonable and the ergonomics is awesome, I can set just about anyway and use this controller. However my biggest problem is that my day to day games or FREE FIRE and COD but they are not compatible with the controller and that sucks.

Excelente!
