Q: Why will the app not bring up a set top box? once clicked it just brings up a spinning gray box that does nothing.

There are 2 ways to add your set top box, it is abbrieviated as STB on the app. 1. Match the "Match remote control" as you can see from the video 2. You can customize your buttons manually one by one, just once. Please refer to the videos on the product page.

Q: I have a 15-year-old motorized skylight with a ir remote control. will i be able to connect to the orvibo system.?

It works with up to 100,000 IR remote devices. For skylight, if you have your IR remote, you can add the skylight to Orvibo universal remote control hub by using the "Customize". Once you get the product, welcome to contact us if you need further help. If you lost the remote, you might not able to do that.

Q: Will this turn on roku t.v. on and off as well as pick the chanel and app for me automatically?

Yes, ORVIBO Magic Cube can automatically control Roku TV as long as you pick it in advance. More importantly, it can control every infrared product, even if they are not included in the brand list, Magic Cube can also control them by manually adding an infrared code.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Will this universal remote work on a general electric sleeve air condioner: model number is. ajcq08accm1?

Yes if your electric sleeve air conditioner is controlled with an infrared remote. You can use the "Match remote control", and search the brand name GENERAL. There will be quite a few remote templates for you, swipe to the right and left till you find the best matching remote, you need to test 3 buttons separately and report if it is responsive or not. If non of the templates work, you can use "Customize" instead of "Match remote control". This way, you can match each button one by one for one time. Please refer to the video on this answer.
