I have been using this for about two months and it is HEAVEN SENT. Yes, it's super sticky, but if you carefully place it on your carpet, letting the backing roll off it as you place it where needed, it's easy to navigate and cut to size. It's been used on two front carpets with the most traffic my house gets and it does not move (one is on tile and the other is on wood floors). I also use it on a dining area rug (wood flooring) that has a spot that's started to lift off the floor - works perfectly. Even when I've lifted these carpets to vacuum underneath, I can re-stick it and it stays in place! Highly recommended.

The tape works well. So well that my scissors stick while cutting and white. I thought it would be clear. Those are the only downsides though. It holds my carpet well but yet comes up well and with ease when needed.

Film on top side is hard to remove; takes a woman with very sharp finger nails to remove it, but it is still a chore. The manufacturer asssumes everyone can view the code for instructions; that is not the caae with me. Printed instructions should be included with the product. Once the film is removed, it adheres well and secures my carpet, but I would not buy it again dure o the film issue.

This tape is super sticky on both sides! When I had to move my rug placement, it was difficult to remove the tape from my hardwood floor, but I did get it up without scratching the floor. The rugs really stay in place.

Best tape! I put stair rugs on my laminate wood floor. The tape lasted and gave rugs a very secure hold! I removed the tape 1 year after placing on stair stepper rugs. The tap came right up and did not ruin floor, nor did it leave any sticky residue.
