Apple iPhone 12 mini, 64GB, Black - (Renewed)

We got this phone for my son, everything works as it should, it isn’t slow, the phones quality is at a good standard for the second hand phone, memory is ok but with all iPhones you end up buying more storage anyway. The phones quality had normal wear and tear but nothing major. All round happy with the phone.

Phone was in perfect condition like it had been brought brand new! Works perfect battery lifeless 99% brilliant quality so much so I have purchased another for my daughter!

Purchased this iPhone supposed to be in excellent condition in mid-Feb 23. This included a 12-month warranty. I got a decent screen protector and case for it as soon as this iPhone arrived. However, after barely 2months of use, this phone slipped from the pocket and sustained damage to the screen protector, and its face ID, as well as camera, stopped working. As I wasn't able to take the screen protector myself, I contacted the seller to help. The seller after initially promising an offer of help, later declined citing that their warranty doesn't cover damage. Despite this, I was ready to pay extra from my pocket to get this repaired in their factory as they were approved iPhone repairers. However, despite a number of messages, they declined to help despite my readiness to pay for the repairs. This is extremely unprofessional. After initially promising to help, to then decline the offer of help despite my readiness to pay for repairs, is just unacceptable. The whole reason people offer to pay from big approved repairers is to seek their help in getting authentic repairs if things go wrong. If I would have known that Ur.co.uk was such an unscrupulous retailer, I wouldn't have spent all my hard-earned money for spending on an iPhone after only using it for less than 2 months. It's a terrible value of my hard-earned money. My mobile is now junk despite after less than 2 months of its use and purchasing this from an approved repairer. It is said that the true character of a trader is revealed when things go wrong. I feel angry, disappointed, and feel cheated by Amazon for allowing such traders to operate on their website.

Delivery was super quick- it came the day before quoted Without paying extra. Phone was in an excellent condition and came supplied with a clear case. My only gripe and why I’ve given 4 * instead of 5 is because the battery drains incredibly fast even tho not being used for WiFi/data so I have to charge it all the time 👎🏻

Fast delivery really well packaged easy set up as battery was halfway charged already. Phone itself looks good with very minor scratches on the casing not a problem. Can recommend this seller.

I bought this mini iPhone 12 knowing the slight limitations of it's battery capacity of which isn't a problem to me as I charge it in the early afternoon and was overwhelmed by how new and sparkly the smartphone was when I opened the generic package.its perfect for lightweight browsing and telephone calls and the official leather case was cheap and also beautiful bought brand new.The price of the whole package was less than it costs to fill up your tank of your car with petrol and apple as a product is just well polished and perfect as described (renewed) not a single mark on its screen frame or back panel 10/10 in all area's in conjunction with my android that I have already.cheers Amazon you've done me proud.x

No issues with this. Was bought for my wife who prefers a smaller device and uses her phone as a phone, not a tablet. Battery life is healthy - you can easily get a full day's runtime out of a single battery charge and the screen is good for the price. Had kinda forgotten that this was renewed - can't fault the quality - it remains scratch-free and the general appearance is fine. The fact that it hasn't picked up any new scratches is testament to it's durability. If you're coming from another iPhone, it is practically the same OS making it easy to use. My scoring system is: 1* = Serious issues with either the product or the customer service 2* = I'm not happy with the overall experience, it could be quality, service or value for money 3* = I got exactly what I was expecting - perfectly acceptable and my starting point for every review (partially as a protest against the view that anything less than 5* is poor - you have to earn the last two!) 4* = The purchase put a grin on my face for one reason or another 5* = I'm telling people about this in glowing terms!

It looks perfect,Can’t see any scratches or marks AT ALL, when the phone first came the front camera wasn’t mirrored so if you put your head to the left it would appear to be to the right but I found out you only need to go to settings to fix this, the Face ID is instant and Personally for me - I Charged my phone to 100% and used it for the whole day onwards which was 9 hours and it still lasted! - I am not sure if it is because I set my wallpaper to a solid OLED black but that probabarily boosted it too + low power mode It’s surprising that I achieved all of this battery life with just 82% Battery capacity! It has everything the exact same as the iPhone 12 just smaller and at first I thought I wouldn’t like it as much for the small size and I was only buying it because I was in a rush for a new phone because my iPhone 8 was cracked,soon unsupported and the photos were coming out bad,it was very slow

Ho acquistato questo iPhone 12 mini come ricondizionato in condizioni “eccellenti”, ma quello che ho ricevuto è stato tutt’altro. Il telefono è arrivato con batteria al 72%, con segnale “Assistenza” attivo, quindi chiaramente già usurata e lontana dagli standard accettabili per un prodotto venduto come eccellente. Esternamente, il dispositivo era visibilmente sporco, senza il minimo segno di pulizia o igienizzazione prima della spedizione: una cosa sinceramente inaccettabile. Inoltre, sul retro erano presenti graffi evidenti, incompatibili con la descrizione del prodotto. Non é la prima volta che acquisto ricondizionato e posso dire con assoluta certezza che non mi è mai capitato di ricevere un telefono in condizioni così scarse e sporche. Questo fa sorgere seri dubbi su come vengano effettuati i controlli qualità e su cosa venga realmente inteso per “ricondizionato eccellente”. Mi chiedo davvero come sia possibile vendere un prodotto in queste condizioni, soprattutto su una piattaforma come Amazon dove ci si aspetta standard elevati. Esperienza estremamente deludente oltre alla perdita di tempo. Non consigliato.

Drama om op mijn wifi te komen, steeds foutmeldingen dat er teveel apparaten op dat kanaal zitten..... vreemd waant die Iphone was de enige. De ene keer lukte het maar meestal niet.
