I absolutely recommend this product if you’re trying to improve your overall gut health. It has more healthy strands of bacteria than most similar supplements. My mother uses it and suggested I should take it as well, and it’s very inexpensive. On a side note, I’ve lost around 5-10lbs since I’ve been taking it. Be sure to drink plenty water to supplement these.

I am on my second bottle of these probiotics, so the jury is still out. But, they have not upset my system at all. I do take them with a bit of food though, as recommended. The product seems to be well made and doesn't contain a lot of unwanted ingredients. I hope this is what is helping my constipation. It certainly isn't adding to the problem. Will continue to purchase this.

Probiotics are amazing as they are like a second brain in the body, it regulates everything you eat, helping the bacteria to get the most vitamins from the food we actually eat, and to keep the healthy bacteria alive, I always try the brands for a couple of months looking for a better results, you will notice a better skin and mood as you stomach processes better the food, higher quantity of the healthy bacteria in the stomach the better, follow indications and use it regularly for a couple of months some vitamins take a couple of days of weeks to be effective
