This drink dispenser is made of durable Tritan™ plastic, with a premium chrome-finished spigot.

Does the lid twist close or just sits on the top? I’m asking for travel purposes?

The lid does not twist. It sits on top of the dispenser.

Does this come with the stand or not?

The bottom part is the stand - it is clear and you can put whatever you want in it to match your decor. In the image it shows the flowers and fruit --that is the stand. You could leave it empty as well.
