Must-have in yer kit!
I’ve carried this product in two kits for many years. Must-have in range bag. The expiration dates are legit. Don’t let them sit overly long in your heat-exposed trauma kit - they do become extremely sticky and hard to use if much beyond expiry. These expired 6/30/25 and are pushing the limits of usability. Great product. — Retired Paramedic/RN

Perfect!
Is exactly what I ordered. I like that this is an American family owned buisness and not your typical Chinese Amazon child labor sweat shop.

North American rescue chest seal
I have not personally had to use these yet, but this brand is so highly recommended and when it comes to saving a life, I don’t think you should save a few bucks and getting a lesser known brand with unconfirmed quality. North American rescue is top-notch.

Decent product!
As a trained Tac-med officer I carry this product on me and store in my right cargo pocket. Responded to a shooting yesterday and used it for the 2nd time. To my experience the chest seal does not hold well with storage in the heat. It’s a little difficult to get out the package. Once that obstacle is overcome, the chest seal went on without and issues and did its job. I would recommend this product just wish the packaging held up better!

American made chest seals- 2 pack sealed together back to back
This is a great, life saving product, which is made in America, I've never actually used one luckily but the design appears to be the best and I've read many experts say that they're the best. Even with the two chest seals folded together and sealed in plastic they're extremely thin- you could fit a bunch of these in the average men's jean front pocket. Hyfin also makes a larger sized chest seal which is packaged individually but they are green and square instead of grey and rectangular. They also make training chest seals which have less sticky adhesive so they can be reused on mannequins to cut costs and not make a mess. I think the thinness of the product is what may have led to the following issue: Right now the highest rated reviews for this product say that they only received one seal- the way these chest seals are manufactured two of them are always connected by that dotted red line, then folded so that they're back to back, and then sealed in a clear wrap. If you look at the section of this page that says "From the Manufacturer" you'll see what I mean, it may look like one seal because it's in one package but flip it over and you'll see the second one. Both sides are identical because that's the front of each seal, the backs are hidden because they're sandwiched together back to back. If someone definitely only received one seal it would be because of a dishonest seller, because they're not meant to be sold that way- this is a twin pack and the way they're manufactured it's not possible that the manufacturer could have only made one chest seal and sent it to a seller.
